In true Whistler style, there are vintage alpine sporting equipment that hang on the walls and large wooden columns and beams all throughout giving this retreat a mountain feel. Adding to that are a wood burning river rock fireplace and bar. Wintergreen is a short 10 mins walk to the Blackcomb ski lifts in Upper Village. Summer activities are also just outside your doorstep with the trail head to the Lost Lake Loop and Valley Trail just across the street. Also at your disposal are tennis courts beside the property.

As you enter there is a mud room with lots of hooks, shelves and a closet for your winter gear. Heading up the stairs, you are greeted with high vaulted ceilings in the living area that has a comfy sectional facing the fireplace. This a great place to make a roaring fire and just unwind after a day of skiing. Alternately, you can just pop in a DVD in the player or watch Netflix on the brand big screen SMART SAMSUNG TV. Free wifi is also included. Across is a 6 person dining table with additional seating at the bar for 3. The kitchen will delight any cook with its granite countertops and high end appliances like the Sub Zero fridge. It’s fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, glassware, dishware and utentils. Across the kitchen is an in suite washer and dryer for your convenience. Beside that is a bedroom that has a queen bed and brand new Smart Samsung TV. The bathroom on this floor features natural stone, heated floors and a tub shower combo. Off the living room is a patio for taking in that fresh mountain air.

On the third floor is the master bedroom also with a new Smart Samsung TV. Facing the queen bed are large windows that overlook the living area below letting in lots of light. Down the hallway is another room that has two twin day beds and a small step out patio. There is a common bathroom with a large walk in shower and heated floors.

There is one designated underground parking space included as well as guest parking. Unfortunately, we have a NO PET policy. There is also NO SMOKING INDOORS.

    Nice & comfortable 3BR, 2BA condo perfect for our family of 6. The Villa Wintergreen unit is well-equipped for a larger group to cook and eat and relax together. There is garage parking for two vehicles. The Benchland / Upper Village bus stop (bus #5 in 2026) going to the Village is right outside the complex and the return stop is right by the Fairmont with a short walk back to the unit. It’s a quick & convenient ride to & from the Whistler Blackcomb village & lifts.We very much enjoyed our stay; thank you, Angie!

    Clean, nice quiet neighborhood. 5 min walking distance to Whistler Chateau. Underground parking. A little walking distance to the front door. Stairs to main floor and 2 bedrooms and and a shower upstairs. Main floor has a bathroom with a tub. Everything very tastefully decorated. Upstairs bedroom with options for 4 single beds with very soft mattresses and second bedroom with one queen bed.
