WALKING DISTANCE FROM 5 STAR RESTURANTS!!

Very cute home in a nice quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck. The 2 bedrooms in the main house were great for my husband and I and our teen girls. There is one shower in this part of the house (1 full bath and 1 1/2 bath with sink and toilet). (And a separate bathtub). Just past outdoor hall there’s another room which is mostly taken up by a bed. There’s an extra shower and toilet here. There are several steps up to the property and to your space which is the 2nd floor. None of this was an issue for us, but just FYI! Very clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Thanks for the muffins and milk!

Property is in a great location, 1 block from cute shops and food. Overall, well located in the city for easier access to various attractions. Easy parking. Clean unit. We really enjoyed our stay, including the great view from the rooftop deck. We had one question while thefts and the owner was very responsive.

The location truly couldn’t be better—an easy walk to a great selection of upscale shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable.The home itself is thoughtfully equipped, and we especially appreciated the well-stocked laundry room, which made longer stays feel effortless. One of the highlights was the lovely rooftop terrace—such a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and take in the surroundings.Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and a prime location.

Great location! Worked for our family of 6. The bedroom that is separate from the main unit has a pretty small bed. It is a “full” but pretty small for 2 adults. Other than that we had a great stay!

Great communication from our host whenever we had a question and a fabulous place to stay! We will be back!

Large apartment in a great location with all of the necessary amenities. FYI one bedroom is entered from the private outdoor patio and not connected the main apartment (and cannot be locked) and the host seems to live downstairs- otherwise no surprises and hard to beat the space/ area for the price.

The host had fresh flowers on the table and a pastry when we arrived. She also had a half gallon of milk for us in the fridge. Loved the drinking water dispenser. The space was comfortable, roomy and a great location close to shops and restaurants. Whole Foods was just 1.5-2 blocks away. She had plenty of towels and we loved having the washer /dryer in the unit.

Our stay was great! The only thing thing that we were not aware of is that this is a shared house and one of the rooms in outside of the main area. Other than that everything was great!

Loved the private outdoor decks on the third and “fourth “ floors, lots of space and a great location. Could use a little maintenance to receive a perfect review.

Great stay in santa monica - awesome neighborhood and very quiet location

We really loved the property: plenty of space. Wonderful roof terrace and safe neighbourhood. We also loved the area with restaurants in walking distance.

Absolutely, completely and totally a wonderful experience. The location is perfect. Many of my LA commended me for choosing such a great area, and they were right. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, there are very good restaurants and cafes within a 4 block radius, ranging from full dining, wine bars and to go. (Btw, I recommend checking out the exceptional happy hour at Sogno Toscana). The apartment is spacious and well equipped. I especially enjoyed the patio, where I spent afternoons reading. Last but not least, Sara is a terrific host and was attentive to any questions I had. My wife and I travel a great deal (I have already been 2x to Europe including Switzerland, France, Italy and Norway in the 1H 2025). This location reminded me of a month long 2023 stay in Villefranche-sur-Mer/Cap Ferrat. Actually, the restaurants and shopping are better in Santa Monica!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The property was clean with plenty of room and the roof terrace was a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Brilliant location just around the corner from lots of lovely coffee shops, restaurants etc. 20 min walk to the beach, 30 mins to SM centre so electric scooters/bikes you can pay as you go came in very handy.

Excellent property, well taken care of, and with thoughtful amenities. The hosts made it extremely easy to enjoy the stay. Very convenient location, parking, access, and good communication. Highly recommend.

Great walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping! House is very nice and comfortable! Only draw back was the number of stairs you have to climb to get to it! The home was well stocked with all necessities!

We had a terrific stay. Good communication with property manager. The location is fantastic just a block off of Montana with tons of shops and restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to the ocean. The roof deck is fantastic and provides 360 views. Do be aware that while there are three bathrooms only one has shower and tub.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was in a great neighborhood and was close to different places to get breakfast or dinner. Nice rooftop deck and well stocked kitchen. We were fine with it, but there were a lot of stairs. Would love to stay again.

Sara and Joe have a lovely property in a nice location in Santa Monica. We stayed with 4 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room. The bathroom in the second bedroom is not a full bathroom. There is a very small room, where the baby stayed and there was a small shower and toilet in this room. We ended up sharing the main bathroom shower and we used the bathtub for the baby. The kitchen had a lot of useful items over and above basic dishes and silverware. We cooked a nice meal in the home. There is a beautiful deck with a nice size table and a bathroom in this area as well. The house was clean, neat, and was not cluttered. We had a very nice stay. Joe and Sara were hospitable and offered to be available if we needed them.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful some for 3 nights with our 15 and 17 year old kids. The lay out was perfect for us. It was spacious and clean. the kitchen was well stocked with a nice view. The upstairs deck was outstanding, with the views of the city and sitting areas. The bed room off of the main area was great for our 17 year old. The location was the best area we've stayed at in LA. The street is so peaceful and quiet. Just walking up and down the street after dinner is a joy. There are many restaurants and shops walking distance. This is a jewel! Highly recommended!

Loved our time at this property in Santa Monica. Travelled with my adult children. Perfect location to explore dining and shopping on Montana . Host was helpful. Property was clean and as described. Hope to stay again!

North of Montana is the best area to stay in Santa Monica. Walking distance to the Whole Foods, classic theater and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful dining on rooftop patio.

We had a wonderful start to our family holiday using the villa as our base for trips along the coast and around LA. Joe and Sara were exemplary hosts. Highly recommend.
