Walking distance everywhere, yard, front porch and hot tub!

Property is in a great location & easy to find. Owners were very responsive & accommodating to provide equipment that I should have (but didn’t) request in advance. We left a note regarding a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owners probably aren’t aware of as they don’t live there & aren’t really a big enough deal to report, but overall a great place to stay. Check in/check out is as easy as it gets!

Perfect place to stay thats not to far from downtown. Very clean nice property.

Communication was non existent via the VRBO app. Texting the host took 24hrs for a response.

The location to town was very nice. The ease of entry and locking up when we left was user friendly. The host responded quickly when I email questions before our visit. The drawbacks were that the hot tub was cloudy so we weren’t able to use it, there were cob webs in most of the rooms and spiders in some of them as well. The house was darling but didn’t seem to be clean. The sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable and we weren’t able to find a fitted sheet for it. I had to sleep on the leather couch which was not ideal. We enjoyed our visit and made the best of the accommodations. I would recommend only 4 guests if they desire individual rooms or if more, let them know they will need to double up on sleeping arrangements. The sleeper sofa is not an option.

Great Property! Walking distance to downtown and in a great neighborhood. The only issue we had was only one burner worked on the stove and the oven didn't work at all. But all in all it was a great property to stay at.

House is very old, moldy smell, no AC as mentioned in listing, reached out to host for help no answer.

Everything was great except for the air conditioning. Upstairs was very hot and those sleeping up there did not get to sleep until about 2 am and still slept with no covers even with fans on.

The house was great (except for the creepy baby picture). It was difficult communicating with the owner. We asked about getting an early check in so we could decorate so the bride would be surprised upon arrival. It took a week or more to get a response to an email. Then we were told as soon as housekeeping notified them that the house was ready, we would be notified. We never got a notification. So, we obviously did not get an early check in.

Good location. The grounds were very unkempt. Many things inside were in need of repair, including the stove. Not enough bath linens for 5 people.

The location was Great- easy walk to downtown. The house has AC and cools the main floor nicely but does not cool the upstairs and unfortunately that is where 2 out of 3 bedrooms are. The hot tub had hot water but none of the jets worked so that was very disappointing.

The property is in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants, beach and hiking trail. The beds were wonderful and we had a great stay.

Perfect location!

Comfortable house in a great location. They are not joking when they say walking distance everywhere. Just a couple blocks up from the resort and plenty of other places to eat and drink. We rented a boat and were able to walk to the marina too. There was plenty of space in the living room for everyone to lounge and relax. The hosts were very responsive and kind. At check out they only asked that we take out the trash and put towels in the laundry room. Would definitely recommend.

NICE PLACE THAT IS DOG FRIENDLY AND HAS A HOT TUB! VISITED ON A WARM DAY, DOWNSTAIRS WAS VERY COOL, UPSTAIRS WAS A BIT WARM, BUT THEY HAD PLENTY OF FANS. EASY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCESS. COOL NEIGHBORHOOD TO WALK IN.
