Townhouse was beautiful and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. Enjoyed amazingly stocked coffee bar and game room!!

It was great! We loved it! Note the upper bunk bed side rail is broken so one person slept in the couch. Bed was not slept in and we left the bedding on so just needs to be remade. Loved your place!!

Six of us attended a concert and chose to stay in the area rather than driving an hour home. It was perfect to chitchat around the kitchen table. Would love to book it again for a longer stay to utilize the fire pit and game room.

Wow! We have stayed at a lot of Vrbo’s but this was the best one yet! Very clean, very cozy, and the hosts made you feel like family! Gorgeous as well, our kids kept commenting how beautiful the place was! Thank you for an incredible stay! Also- excellent location! A 2 minute drive to downtown!

Excellent property!! We felt like we were at a five star resort. Great location, very clean, and very comfortable. The beds, linens, and furniture were top of the line. The hosts went above and beyond to make our family ski trip special.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best. It was so well stocked with everything you would need from the kitchen to the bathrooms, I was so impressed. The towels were plush, there were ample blankets and pillows and the beds were comfortable. Quick drive to supermarket, town and ski slopes. Absolutely would recommend this property.

Wonderful experience! We rent yearly during christmas break to ski at holiday valley . This house was the best so far. Very clean , modern. Water bottles in each room was a nice touch . Hostess was very responsive . Everything and more in the kitchen. Within walking distance of town. Will book here again .

Had a great girls trip in Ellicottville! The VRBO was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and well kept. The attention to detail from the VRBO hosts was very thoughtful. Very close to Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. Favorite part of the home was the fireplace! Overall, would stay here again!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had. The hosts went above and beyond and considered every detail. The home was clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of garage games. Amenities even include a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, TVs in nearly every room and personal space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!
