Walkable to Main Street at Seashell in the City with 2 parking spots

Our stay at Seashell in the City was wonderful! Charming House in a great location just a few blocks from the heart of Annapolis. The accommodations were nice as well with some little added touches from owners that were helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the house, which was exactly as described. The street it was located on was picturesque, making our walks to the downtown area a lot of fun. The house itself was charming, well-maintained, and full of history. Having our own parking space was essential in that part of town. Since our stay coincided with Halloween, we were pleasantly surprised by the trick-or-treaters. Thankfully, I had brought a bag of apples with me. We are all looking forward to another visit to Annapolis.

Location was great! House was clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. Great experience. My only comments were that toiletry quantities could be increased for a house sleeping 8 people. We survived :) but more shampoo and toilet paper would be better for a long weekend stay.

Home was a close walk to shops and restaurants and included parking which was great. The stairs were steep, so something to think about if you are bringing kids.

This house has everything you need to enjoy your trip, and it is extremely clean. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk everywhere you want to go. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Easy check-in and check-out for this cozy property in the heart of Annapolis. Great kitchen made the decision easy to stay in and cook versus going out to dinner. We'd definitely stay here again on future visits.

We stayed at Seashell in the City for our daughters USNA I-day trip…we spent the week there and loved the close proximity to the Naval Academy and the ability to walk to great restaurants and shopping. This home also included a space to park our rental car. The four bedrooms and 2.5 baths also gave us plenty of space. Lots of charm in this updated space too. Would definitely stay there again!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the dining room table became the heart of our stay, where we spent hours chatting and catching up. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to everything you need. Just a walk away. The 2nd floor restrooms were exceptionally nice. Looks like theyve been remodeled recently. I slept like a baby on the comfy bed. Its always appreciated to get a good night sleep.

Great location! We really just slept there and the beds were very comfortable. Only negative for how we used it was a safety concern with the staircase without railing. Otherwise, it worked very well for our friend group and we will definitely consider staying again.

A hop skip and a jump from DTA and the harbor, this house was perfect for us. 4 real rooms with comfortable beds where everyone can have their own space. Beautiful living room, and we really enjoyed the back patio! Not to mention the private parking! Will be staying here again next time I’m in Annapolis.

Unit great. 4 stars due to checkin policy/time. 6 of us stayed 3 nights. 2 blocks from main street couldn't be a better location. Easy walk to Eastport, Naval Academy, tons of places to eat. 2 parking spots (small, but they worked) and we didn't have to use the cars at all. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. They gifted old bay chips, a bottle of wine, some K cups. Window AC units worked very well. Stairs were fine for us but narrow/steep so be careful for people with any arthritic conditions. 2nd floor master bed with king and small room with full bed. 2 queens upstairs. Bathrooms all new. 2nd floor 2 full bathrooms and half bath on 1st floor. Has internet, ROKU TV, TV with basic cable channels. Management company VERY easy to communicate with via text or email. 3 hour drive, arrived mid day, Checkin at 4pm, they allowed us checkin at 3 but that didnt help as we were on a tour at the time, so we were at risk of getting a parking ticket downtown as you can only get 3 hours parking before you have to move to a diff zone. I get that this is a biz, but being asked to pay $100 to checkin at 2pm for the ability to use the parking spots was very frustrating. If it was available its a shame they wouldn't extended a courtesy that cost them literally nothing. If you stay at a hotel you have the option to park early even if the room isn't ready. Oh, If you stay 3 days bring extra toilet paper.
