Stayed Nov 20, 2025Colin was a fantastic host! Very quick to reply initially and then with instructions for the home. We had one question during our stay and he was very kind and responsive. The house was absolutely perfect! Amazing location, clean, cozy, and lovely! It had everything we needed and was a great spot to hang with our Navy son!

Stayed Nov 8, 2025This is such a great property! The check in using my phone number made things so easy and uncomplicated from the start. The place was so clean, with great neutral and calming decor. Coffee and grinder was a treat and delicious. Had everything you could possibly need and like it says , walkable to everything Park Circle. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025This home was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well equipped. We love staying in Park Circle area. Our son and daughter-in-law visited us in the home and we enjoyed grilling out in the back yard. They loved it too. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Stayed Aug 4, 2025We absolutely loved staying at Colin’s house. It’s very cozy and welcoming. It is in a nice neighborhood very close to park circle. It was our first time in Charleston and we spent a great deal of time going to all the sites. It was nice to come back and enjoy the evening afterwards. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.Colin was very responsive to any questions we had.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We enjoyed our stay. The house was super cute and had everything you could possibly need! The battery on the keypad on the front door was going bad on our first full day here; I texted Colin and he had someone there within the hour to replace it! We were very impressed!
