Walkable to all things Park Circle!

Colin was a fantastic host! Very quick to reply initially and then with instructions for the home. We had one question during our stay and he was very kind and responsive. The house was absolutely perfect! Amazing location, clean, cozy, and lovely! It had everything we needed and was a great spot to hang with our Navy son!

This is such a great property! The check in using my phone number made things so easy and uncomplicated from the start. The place was so clean, with great neutral and calming decor. Coffee and grinder was a treat and delicious. Had everything you could possibly need and like it says , walkable to everything Park Circle. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Colin was a great host and responded quickly. The place is nice and looks exactly like the pictures. It was quiet, safe and convenient. We had no issues at all during our stay and would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well equipped. We love staying in Park Circle area. Our son and daughter-in-law visited us in the home and we enjoyed grilling out in the back yard. They loved it too. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved staying at Colin’s house. It’s very cozy and welcoming. It is in a nice neighborhood very close to park circle. It was our first time in Charleston and we spent a great deal of time going to all the sites. It was nice to come back and enjoy the evening afterwards. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.Colin was very responsive to any questions we had.

Property is indeed near Parnell Circle. Clean and well maintained. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location to drive to most locations. Colin was very responsive

We enjoyed our stay. The house was super cute and had everything you could possibly need! The battery on the keypad on the front door was going bad on our first full day here; I texted Colin and he had someone there within the hour to replace it! We were very impressed!

We had a great visit to Charleston for a baseball tournament. This house has everything! Don’t bother to bring books, games, beach chairs, Colin ‘s house is well stocked! It’s a cozy little home with lots of space for the three of us to spread out or be together. We did not get much use of the backyard, but did use the grill which worked great! Location was fantastic. I will say there are some run down houses in the neighborhood but don’t let that fool you; it’s a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are nice! We walked to a gym each morning that was just ten minutes away. We were a ten minute drive from outlet mall, Walmart, etc. everything you need is within a ten minute walk or drive. The beach is only 35 minutes away so we packed up for the day and went. Folly Beach was really nice and not crowded. Thank you for sharing your home with us Colin!

The amenities were top-notch and the host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
