The Space:

The townhouse is an end unit on three levels, designed to feel like a retro entertainment hub while keeping all the modern comforts. The end unit position gives extra natural light and a quieter feel on one side of the building.



The ground floor has two bunk rooms, each with a twin-over-full bunk and a CRT TV with VHS player for old-school movie nights. A full bathroom with walk-in shower and side-by-side laundry sit on this level. The thermostat here controls electric baseboard heat.



The main floor is the living heart of the house. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, with a couch and chaise, two chairs, and a loveseat. A 75 inch Roku TV makes for great movie nights. The kitchen comes fully stocked with an electric stove, combo drip/Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and dishwasher. The dining table seats four, and a Golden Tee 3D arcade game adds something you won't find anywhere else. A portable A/C vents out the window for summer comfort. Two outdoor decks bookend this floor: the front deck has HoliMont views, and the back deck has a propane grill and seating for four.



The top floor is the primary suite with a king bed, Roku TV, and portable A/C. The primary bath has a jetted tub and shower, with separate thermostats for the bedroom and bathroom.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the townhouse. Check-in is self-service via a Yale August smart lock; your access code is the last four digits of the phone number on your reservation. WiFi details and directions arrive the morning of arrival, so there's no key exchange needed.



The Neighborhood:

Stone Ridge is a townhouse community just outside Ellicottville Village, sitting close to Rt 242 and within walking distance of HoliMont Ski Area. This unit is the closest in the complex to Rt 242, putting you the shortest walk to the village shops, bars, and restaurants on foot.



In summer, the area is quiet and green, with easy access to hiking, mountain biking at Holiday Valley, and the Sky High Adventure Park. The village is an easy walk for dinner, drinks, or coffee.



In winter, HoliMont is walkable when conditions allow, and Holiday Valley is a short drive. Stone Ridge is in the snow belt, so AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended.



Getting Around:

The townhouse sits just outside Ellicottville Village, within walking distance of both HoliMont and the village shops, bars, and restaurants. A car isn't required, but it makes Holiday Valley and grocery runs easier. Ride shares may be available on weekends and holiday weeks, but availability is not guaranteed.
