The Space

Set on a single level and spanning roughly 1,500 sq ft, the home was thoughtfully renovated with groups in mind. A wide great room links the living area, dining table for ten, and fully outfitted chef's kitchen—so no one has to miss the conversation while someone cooks. Central A/C keeps things comfortable year-round, while a Sonos sound system and retro arcade cabinet dial the fun up a notch. Three smart TVs and a game console mean movie nights and game tournaments have a home here. Fast 400 Mbps Wi-Fi covers the whole house, and a dedicated desk handles video calls or remote work seamlessly.

All beds are dressed in quality linens. Both bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers, full-length mirrors, and plenty of hooks so everyone can stay organized. Blackout shades in every bedroom mean sleeping in after a night out is always an option.

Whether you're flipping pancakes or plating a private-chef dinner (ask about our add-on package), the kitchen has you covered: stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, rice maker, drip coffee maker, and a full complement of cookware, knives, and serving ware for feeding a crowd. A gas BBQ stands ready in the backyard, and extra bar seating keeps the chef company while you prep. The dining table seats ten comfortably indoors; the outdoor dining area accommodates up to 14, making alfresco dinners under café lights a real possibility.
