This newly remodeled modern and inviting cottage is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home- Separated into two units (but can be accessed from one to the other) with two kitchens, and a sleeper sofa- Perfect to relax after a day of enjoying a day enjoying the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach (Just a 6 minute walk!) King Fisher Cottage offers the perfect space to enjoy local attractions and make memories with loved ones<br>

Need to Know
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.

-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

**Golf Carts available for rent for $90 a night with a refundable deposit of $500. You do not have to rent the golf cart for your entire stay, however the last day of your rental must fall on the last day of your reservation with us. **

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)
