Property was great for a long weekend. Would recommend for future visits.

The location was amazing for the activities we had planned. The house itself was great with 4 large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The only issue we had was the upstairs bedroom was pretty warm the first night, but then we found the fan in the closest and it was much nicer the second night. We would definitely stay again if we are heading to Omaha.

We enjoyed our stay! A short drive to the zoo, which is what we went for. Check in and out were very simple, and we felt safe the entire time!

Property was well kept. Front door key pad did not work and owner was quick to respond and work on fixing it.

The beds are hard and very uncomfortable.the coffee pot didn’t work at all, the baking sheets are old and burns ur food, the stairs going upstairs are very steep and my niece fell down them as there’s no slip mats on the stairs. The neighbors were very loud and letting off fireworks, there was a mustang like drag racing down the street.

Property and owner were terrific. Quick response times for questions… clear and detailed instructions. We even got snow during spring break!!! Great stay highly recommended.

The property was adequate for what we needed (4 bedrooms). Absolutely no frills, the neighborhood looked to be very low income, wouldn’t walk anywhere. Bathrooms and kitchen recently updated, very nice.

Great location. Beautiful home that is nicely furnished. Has everything needed in a home away from home. Lots of room, perfect for family meals, games, or movie nights. Easy access to the home and great host.

Location was easy to find. We arrived at midnight and we felt safe carrying our bags in. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great property, clean, walkable to Lauritzen Gardens and the zoo.

Fun house with nice amenities. Beds were not the most comfortable but that may just be personal preference.

The house was beyond amazing. Fully equipped with everything and more. Very happy with our stay and how friendly our host was answering all my questions.

The house was as advertised. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the zoo which was great.

Great property!

Property was good. It could use kitchen hand towels, dish rags, bigger frypan and a griddle. The grill was pretty shaky but it did work. Air fresheners would be a plus. Neighbors did partially block the drive way on a couple of occasions and they usually had street parking used up. Everything else worked as it should.

The house was great, kitchen was stocked with all the everything we needed to cook. Great location close to the zoo and the riverfront! We would absolutely stay again.

Excellent all we needed

Large home with lots of charm…Big fan of the helpfulness of the property manager…the location worked well for getting to the downtown event we came to Omaha to attend…this home was one of the nicer properties on the block but I felt safe & the property was well-lit…the off street parking was great for our two cars & we had plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for accommodating 5 adults & one teenager…we would definitely stay here again if we visit Omaha with all of family again!

Perfectly located between between the happening areas between Council Bluffs and Omaha. Right up the street from the Zoo and minutes from the Mid-American Center. House was the prefect size for our group. Wonderful to have the 3 full bathrooms.

No unpleasant surprises or disappointments. Jeremy did his part and was attentive to us although we needed nothing. Comfortable house with extra room.

This was a wonderful property. Stayed here to attend the BRK Shareholder's meeting. Jeremy was excellent in communication as well as hosting us. Would definitely look to stay here again.

It was a great house with no frills, but plenty of space for our family of 6. We really liked that it was so close to what we were in Omaha to do also. The neighborhood had a lot of houses packed in with lots of traffic day and night. Coming from a small town, that was a difference for us. But no one bothered us or said anything to us and it was fine. All in all, it was a great place to stay for a short vacation.

Was in town for a hockey tournament and was able to stay here for the same price as a hotel. Plenty of space to hang out and a nice patio.

We loved staying at this home. It was clean with plenty of space for our large family. It was very close to the zoo and easy access to the hwy.

We loved the location of Bancroft Bell in regards to distance from the Zoo and Old Town. The house was very nicely remodeled and worked great for our family of 7… 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on main level, 2 bedrooms and larger bath upstairs, and another bath with shower in finished basement. Communication with the property manager was exceptional. We had a minor issue at 10pm one evening and he responded immediately. The only downfall is the neighborhood. It is a little rundown and at first appears unsafe but we had no problems at all.

I booked this house because it had a main floor bedroom and bathroom as well as ramp access for my mother who struggles with stairs. Unfortunately my parents were unable to join us due to a medical emergency. My husband, my sister in law and I loved this beautiful home! Clean and comfortable! Close to everything! Ample parking! Great water pressure too! There was so much room for at least 6 more people to easily spread out and relax. Excellent step by step check in and check out instructions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We went to the zoo (2 minutes away) and the Children’s Museum (5 minutes away). The house was everything we needed and very clean.

A very entertainable space, clean, and very up-to-date.Obviously well maintained house. A very accommodating space. Perfect for our family of 10.Thank you and hopefully near the future we can stay again.Happy new year 2025

Had a great time

Perfect area. You can see the Zoo, Joslyn Castle, the pedestrian bridge and only a few miles from the airport! The house definitely has a historic flare with plenty of room for parents and kids!

Being just a couple minutes from the zoo, this property worked perfectly to get family together for the weekend. The property manager was quick to reply to questions and very easy to work with.

Close to zoo. Off street parking. Well maintained home built in 1925.

Comfy beds, clean and updated kitchen, home is well stocked and great location to get on and off the Interstate, super close to the zoo and downtown Omaha

We stayed here for a family wedding. Was a great location. House had everything we needed. Communication was excellent with the host.
