Stayed Dec 31, 1969We came to visit long time friends and this house was perfect. Location was convenient to everything, how was comfy and plenty of space to entertain a few friends. Owners were very nice and easy to contact.We hope to be back

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Overall was nice, clean, well kept, great view. The only drawback is the constant freeway noise. Fine when windows closed, but we did not enjoy the outside spaces because of this. We enjoyed exploring Ventura from this location. There is a downstairs resident not mentioned.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Three of us stayed here and it was perfect. I loved sleeping in the living room with the windows open. My sister and cousin said they couldn't hear me snore if their door was closed (lol)! It was quiet and clean and had everything we needed. This place was 5 miles away from everywhere we needed to go. We will return when we come back to the cute city of Ventura!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Great house! We enjoyed the location and the views of the ocean. The sunset on the deck was a spectacular experience. Very well decorated and equipped, everything and more that we needed. We would definately stay here again.

Stayed Jan 21, 2024We stayed five nights January 2024. Check in(self with door code) was very smooth when we arrived. It was a little cold for Calif but we had heat, an electric fireplace and lots of plush blankets and throws to keep warm. The views were beautiful and neighborhood very quiet. Parking in front was not an issue. We really liked the deck and the additional powder room.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023Place was exactly as advertised. Owners were easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate. Place was very bright with multiple outdoor living spaces, cute ocean themed decor, lots of comfy recliners and snuggly blankets and plenty of basics to get started in the kitchen too. The fresh poinsettia on the table and chocolates on the bed were a nice touch. Quiet, great location. Would definitely stay here again.Thanks for sharing your home Penny and Dave.

Stayed Feb 16, 2023If you are going to be in Ventura and you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay where you feel safe and have a beautiful ocean view, then this is definitely your spot. The hosts were very responsive yet not intrusive. One thing worth noting is that while enjoying the outside patio areas, and they were very enjoyable, there is traffic noise from Hwy 101, but once inside with the doors closed, the noise was minimal. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!
