Stayed Aug 5, 2025Just finished our 6th year of a beach week at Karen's. This is the best location in all of central coast. Direct access to the beach, spacious inside/outside space, house is fully stocked with everything you need and always tidy upon arrival. We love it here and will be back next summer!

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Spectacular location w/ beautiful ocean views! You are able to see both surf spots from the deck. An abundance of sea life (seals and dolphins) rolling by in the surf. It was a great spot for a quiet family getaway. Thank you Karen!

Stayed Sep 29, 2024The house is comfortable and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and table settings of all kinds, beach towels, linens, etc. Location and deck space are ideal and the owner was very accommodating. My wife and I, two adult sons and a daughter-in-law had a wonderful, two-week family reunion here -- a great autumn vacation on the Faria beach.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024This was our fourth stay at this absolutely Fabulous Beach House On The Sand at Faria Beach! It was as wonderful a vacation as we have always enjoyed--so much so, that we have already booked it for next year! This lovely home is beautifully furnished, has a well-appointed kitchen, is mere steps from the beach, boasts an amazing patio and just has everything you need for the perfect getaway. But honestly, just sitting on that patio will be all you require to feel the hustle and bustle drain from your mind and body as you melt into coastal living... You will find yourself coming back, again and again! Highest recommendation!

Stayed Jun 16, 2024We've just finished our 4th year at Karen's beach house. It has the BEST ocean views and beach access. House is fully stocked with all your beach and house needs, along with being clean and spacious. Karen is so easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. It's our family's favorite place to enjoy time together.
