WALK TO TOWN: Beautiful Family East Hampton Home

A group of 8 friends stayed at this beautiful house in early September and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is gorgeous--reminded us of a Nancy Meyers movie--the decor is stunning, beautiful soft blues and pale grays and oh so comfortable. As our groups loves to cook so we were thrilled that the house was well supplied with cooking essentials. We also loved being able to walk to town. The house was super clean and the check in super easy. The owner was responsive and checked in with us to make sure all was good. We all loved it so much we plan book again next year. Highly, highly recommend.

This house offered plenty of room for a big family. We really enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was excellent, and the location was perfect. The owner was super responsive to any issues we had. We would have liked a book on the house with a bit more information about the appliances, etc., and a few more supplies like shampoo and silver foil and a few more lamps and basics like that. Otherwise it was great!

This house was the perfect place to stay to get a taste of the Hamptons. It is very well located and within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants in East Hampton. The home is very well appointed and we enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen. We hope to visit again.

I have a hard time posting this review publicly... because this property, the property owner, and overall experience is nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we booked, Jane went over the top to ensure we had a wonderful experience.. going as far as making sure the crib was set up before we arrived so we didn't waste a single moment of vacation. She is the ideal property owner - my only complaint is I couldn't hug her in real life to say thank you! Location, location, location - the house is perfectly located, a short walk from town where we went every morning for coffee and breakfast. There's also a great toy store, park, and ice cream shop within a 10 minute walk. Amagansett is a short drive away as well. The backyard is quiet, tranquil, and private... and on a clear night, the hammock is perfect for taking in the most beautiful, wide open view of the stars. (Comparable to the clear view I've only seen before when in the mountains) The house itself is gorgeous. My husband kept saying, wish we could copy and paste this and take it home!. The bedrooms all had an ensuite bath, making it easy and no fights over bedrooms between my siblings and I. Though the bath in the primary suite... absolutely incredible and worth trying to score that room! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and was stocked with everything we could've asked for.. and more! We hope to come back year after year.. so if you are lucky enough to stay here, I cannot recommend it enough!

Our time at 50 Osborne was a true dream! The house is a quintessential East Hampton home — in the best way. A quick walk into town, to the playground with the kids, to get ice cream, or to shop. The house was also equipped with everything we needed upon our arrival to feel comfortable right away. We felt right at home and we cannot wait to go back! Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful space and for sharing it with us!

This property is perfection! It's beautiful, well maintained and best of all it's a short walk to town. We love East Hampton and this was a perfect place to soak it up. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated and wonderfully appointed in the kitchen. We had everything we needed. We had a couple of issues that were quickly remedied. If you get the opportunity to stay in this home you should!

Spent a week with my extended family at Jane's house and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy ourselves. While it's a very short walk from town, the backyard is private and spacious with a large pool. Everything in the home feels brand new and is sparkling clean. Also, all the extra things you don't want to lug along or pack the car with - like beach towels, beach chairs, etc. - are provided. It's a very short drive (or bike!) to East Hampton Main beach, which is one of the few with public parking. Communication is fantastic and any questions were answered almost immediately. Highly recommend if you are planning a stay in the Hamptons!
