The upper floor is one bright, open great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and comfortable seating. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together easily, making it simple for everyone to stay connected whether they are cooking, playing games, watching TV, or sharing a meal.

The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking and family meals, with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa to get your first morning started.

Game room and outdoor fun

The garage game room is a guest favorite with ping pong, foosball, and an extra refrigerator for drinks and snacks. Upstairs, the game closet is stocked with family favorites for cozy nights in.

Parking

Parking includes space for 1 car in the garage and 1 car in the driveway for this townhome only. Please do not park in neighboring driveways. Additional guest parking is available at the end of the cul de sac on a first come, first served basis. There is no street parking on Roosevelt Avenue, and city enforcement is strict.
