Stayed May 23, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was adequate. We would’ve preferred a property that had the bathrooms in the bedrooms and on the same floor. The appliances were sort of miniature. Small refrigerator small stove, small oven. But we made that work. It was very clean. The price was good.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Carillon Beach is such a hidden secret and that’s what we love! The property was just what we needed however just note that while both bedrooms are upstairs there’s only one bathroom upstairs. The other full bath is downstairs. Of course everything worked out but that was a bit surprising. We’d definitely come back. Great location to the pool/beach access.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Carillon beach is amazing. This property was dull and limiting as compared to other properties on premises. Would not rent again. Just no real value for the price except it is on Carillon’s property.
