Overall Rating for this stay is a 1 star; but could be a 5 if the property manager were to cancel their damage claim. The stay and property were as good as any we've rented in Oceanside in the last 3 years or so (easily 6 stays). Family enjoyed the property over the Easter weekend.Approximately a week after our visit, we received notification of multiple damages supposedly occurring during our stay. Damages included a significant scratch to a dining table, deep scratching (and cover up) on a bedroom door, indicators that a pet had been present, and finally, furniture had been moved around.We never used the dining table during our stay. We did not damage any bedroom door, let alone cover up any damage. We had NO pets in this house during our stay. The only furniture that was moved, was patio furniture outside around the fire pit, and that furniture was returned to their original locations, along with replacing the weather covers.We even took our shoes off at the front entry during our stay! We DO NOT recommend renting this property, as it appears you can be held accountable for damages that you had nothing to do with.Again, we enjoyed our stay, until confronted with these egregious accusations. We did not cause these damages, but apparently we have no say in this. Please think twice before renting this property.

My mom was visiting from Arizona and instead of getting her a hotel negate my place is too small to host I rented her this place. I stayed in the second room and we had a great time catching up. Lovely home fully set up to cook. Great location. Of you don't know South Oceanside is the best.

Perfect stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood, great house & amazing kitchen. All the little things you need for daily life (spices, laundry supplies, shampoo, paper towels, etc) Very comfortable, felt like home for sure. Check in was soooo easy. Check out was great and easy and a very small to do list. Would definitely stay here again. So happy with everything.

House came as advertised. There was a small hiccup with a bathroom that the owner tackled very quickly. It did not disrupt our plans in the slightest. The place was clean and check in and check out was quick and painless.It was close to restaurants for sure! We enjoyed The Taco Stand which was right around the corner.

Great property and location!

Great place to stay if you are planning on going to the beach. Warm and cozy outfoor fire pit to lounge around after your beach visit. Plenty of places to sit inside and out. Close to the Harbor Beach.

We were in town with family and friends for my father in law’s memorial service.This house was in the are we love to stay in, close to our favorite places.The house was very well equipped and clean.We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very well-kept and spotless when we arrived. The beds (and even the couch!) were super comfy, making it easy to relax. My friends and I spent most of our evenings around the fire pit, which was such a nice touch. It’s just a short walk to the water—we caught some beautiful sunsets—and it’s conveniently close to a local market and great restaurants. Liette was a great host, and I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was an absolute dream! We had a family dinner for my husband’s 30th birthday. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and equipped with all the necessary items to cook a full family dinner. The backyard was a perfect spot to cook s'mores and enjoy a conversation. Plus walking to the beach, coffee shops and my fave pizza spot made the stay even better. Thank you to the host for sharing her beautiful home. We plan to book this home every 3 months for a vacation,

Great property and great location in Oceanside, close to Legoland and San Diego. House was perfect for our family of five. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants.

The home was very much as represented and we had a really nice stay. When I had one minor question the host was immediately and positively responsive, which was great!

My wife and I have rented approximately 30 homes in the last ten years and we both agree this was the best value of any place we have ever rented. Great property and great location. We will stay here again without hesitation.

We used this place as a base to beaches and restaurants. Is is a very upscale place with lots of amenities.

Very good. Patio area was full of debris and needed cleanup when we arrived and we ran out of TP. Otherwise perfect.
