Stayed Jul 12, 2025We enjoyed our stay in this house! The air conditioning was wonderful, the house was very clean and beautiful, and the pool was so nice to have. Daryn was a super responsive host and answered all questions quickly and was super friendly. The location was also nice, but you do need to bike or drive to get to most places. But I LOVED biking around on the gorgeous sea pines paved bike paths. It was a very quiet and relaxing location though, with lots of shade from the trees. We were able to bike to the beach, to the Sea Pines fitness center, to Harbor Town, and to the Salty Dog. The loft is a little tight for adults, but would probably be perfect for kids or teens. The bedrooms were all plenty spacious and the beds were comfortable! Overall, the house had everything we needed to have a comfortable, relaxing, and fun vacation!

Stayed May 10, 2025Great location in Sea Pines. The loft area ceiling is too low for an adult to stay up there. Disappointed that on if the master baths was in a hallway next to kitchen. The outdoor furniture was really dirty from all of the pollen and other items falling from all of the trees. House seatsmany very comfortably

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We had a great time at this Hilton Head property. The house was spacious with a really nice common eating/living area. My kids loved the loft (although the steps are a little treacherous .. so prob best for people age 8-14 only!). All of the rooms had comfy beds and plenty of space. We LOVED the private pool and used it often. Tons of floats and noodles and stuff provided. There were a lot of beach related things too - wagon, boogie boards and chairs. It wasn't too bad of a walk to the beach, we did it with a pair of 3 year olds every day. Most of it is through a nice, shaded pathway and took us less than 10 minutes. Biking there is also very easy. It's a great location for biking also. We went all over - Harbor Town, South Beach, Stables, and even to Coligney. Daryn was a great host and very responsive. Would recommend this house for your trip!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Family vacation, including 8 adults and 4 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool being right in the backyard. Had inflatables and pool toys as well. Beach chairs and wagon were available when we went to the beach, which was a short drive away, and also enjoyed by all. Also had bikes available, which were utilized by the adult children to explore Sea Pines each morning. Had plenty of space/beds/bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Had a few questions for the owner prior to our arrival, and she was always prompt/quick to respond. A wonderful home, setting, and location.

Stayed May 20, 2024This place worked perfect for our family and friends. The sleeping arrangements are perfect for a group with all the bathrooms. The loft was great for the kids. Fairly close to beach. We enjoyed the pool and deck on days we didn’t go to beach.
