    It is well situated , it seems like a lot of thought has gone into this place : lots of thoughtful things provided. The place is very comfortable, love the off street parking ( for not big vehicles though ) full size fridge, washer & dryer , can use your own Netflix account , etc. Would certainly recommend this accommodation.

    Our host Brooke was absolutely lovely. The apartment was sooo clean, lots of lovely little touches. She has thought of everything that you could need. Quality linen, kitchen ware. So cost & private yet so close to everything. I almost didn’t want to write a review so we could keep it our own secret little place to stay! Highly recommend.

    The apartment was very clean and neat and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Lots of little touches (like cereal, milk & fresh flowers) which was a lovely surprise on arrival. The host was very quick to respond to questions and reached out to make sure we had checked in ok. Checking in and out was simple, and having secure onsite parking was excellent. Thanks for having us!

    My partner and I stayed here with our 3yo and 6yo. It is in such a beautiful, convenient location. Lots of great flat walks first thing in the morning with the pram. Brooke and her family were so responsive and accommodating. Check in was super easy. Everything was clean and comfortable. Fun park just across the road for the kids. Sad to have to leave!

    We absolutely love our stay in Cooks Hill thanks to Brooke and Grant and the beautiful space they have created! This is our second time visiting and it was just as delightful as the first! The apartment is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, with a picturesque walk to Darby St cafes where we went each morning for breakfast! We also walked up to Bar Beach and enjoyed looking at the other beautiful houses along the way! It is so nice to come back to a quiet, relaxing space with all the homey touches that make your stay just perfect! Thank you so much Brooke + Grant! We can’t wait to come back!!

    We arrived at the property quite tired after travelling all day. We we’re pleasantly surprised. There was a wonderful attention to detail. Milk, cereal, honey and of course tea and coffee were provided which meant we didn’t have to immediately go out shopping for essentials. Lots of natural light and a feeling of being in a tree house as the living area is upstairs with lots of windows all around. The suburb is gorgeous with lots of restaurants and close to the sea. Highly recommend.

    Absolutely loved our stay, we will be back! Brooke is a fantastic host and made some excellent recommendations. So close to the beach, perfect for morning coast walks and coffee. Accommodation is beautifully presented, modern and has thoughtful little things to make you feel at home.
