Great location, spacious house, easy walk or drive to the Lake. Ample parking at the Beach Park. Many fun things to do in the area!

Great place for multigenerational family stay!

Safe neighborhood. Walk to beach is pleasant and easy. 2 minutes to Marina. Great times.

Our family of 5 adults, 2 children really enjoyed our week stay in Aug 2025. Beach is only a short walk away. The property provided a wagon and beach chairs that were a bonus to have for our daily beach visits. Beds were comfortable, loved the spacious kitchen and seating. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Sunsets were beautiful. Never ran out of hot water for showers/baths. Fire piand patio was a nice hangout area in the evening. Owner delivered wood at no extra cost wifi and smart TVs worked without interruption during a couple stormy evenings. Nearby zoo was great on a cloudy day.

Best stay ever. 3rd time we have stayed here. 10 min flat walk to beach with great weather all week. House was clean . We love the big table. 7 of us eating all at one table with food in the middle. Back room great for storage and staging for the beach. Patio works to put every together and roll out to the beach.

Beautiful home! Had plenty of room for our group of 8. We loved being able to walk to the beach.

Property was wonderful and an easy walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and had everything needed for our stay. Traveled with family and they had a Pack and Play and high chair available if needed. Beach chairs were also great to have. Would stay again in the future.

Very attractive. Just nice to drive up to. Cute backyard with nice fire pit, table, etc. Great bedroom situations. Cute kitchen - nice touches like snacks. Manager was communicative and helpful. I didn't experience any gotchas between listing/description and arrival. Would absolutely 100% rent this place again.

Stayed for two nights for a wedding in town. Living area was perfect, and bedrooms were good. Walkable to beach and perfect for our needs!

Our stay at Mandy’s home was overall pleasant. The location was excellent—quiet, walkable, and close to the beach, park, and zoo. The home matched the listing, was spacious, and had useful amenities like a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The firewood delivery was a nice touch.That said, we did experience a few issues. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling, and the door sensor beeped continuously despite the doors being closed. We contacted the host immediately. Since they are not local, a property manager was sent over. While she arrived promptly, she was confrontational from the start, escalating the situation unnecessarily. She later returned with a cooler and her husband, who was even more aggressive—belittling us and giving an unhelpful lecture on how refrigerators work.A repair technician came the next day and resolved the cooling issue, though the beeping persisted. We also found several nails in the driveway—dangerous for our child and vehicles. This was reported but never addressed.The home itself could use a deep cleaning and some minor repairs. Future guests should be aware of the property’s current condition and the property manager’s unprofessional behavior. We hope this feedback leads to improvements, as the home has great potential.

Great time exploring the area - house had plenty of room for the 7 adults!

There are 7 of us ladies ranging from age 62 to 97 and this was our 16th year spending a week together and enjoying each others company!

The house is lovely and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood. The host is accommodating and communication is excellent. The only negative is that the beds upstairs are not comfortable for adults. They would be good for young children . The downstairs beds are very comfortable. Many thoughtful touches such as beach towels and chairs, games etc..highly recommend.

Great location. Close to the beach, fun restaurants, and stores. Perfect for families. Spacious common areas and lots of bathrooms.

This house was the perfect size for our large family. In fact, due to illness, we had more than enough room for our family.The house was clean and provided enough bedrooms and beds for all.It might have been good to add a TV(s) to bedrooms.

Came for my birthday, had a great time. Breakfast down the street was wonderful.

We stayed at Mandy's beach house in Sheridan Beach for a family wedding. We all grew up in the area but now live in California. Modern, clean, well organized house with plenty of space and amenities. We had a hiccough and Mandy and her mom Sue got it taken care of right away. We all decided we would stay here for the next visit home.

we all walked to the lake (even the 3 & 4 year olds) the rooms were clean and current full kitchen it was just right for our family six adults and 3 kidos

We had a very nice time. There was plenty of room to relax. We walked to the beach every day and there were plenty of things to do around town.

The property was so nice. Very clean. Rented for a girls weekend and it was perfect. We all had our own bed. 3 bathrooms was great for 6 girls. Walked to the beach. Shopped at the outlet mall. Many restaurant choices. The owner was so great. Highly recommend!

This was our fifth stay at this wonderful house and it was amazing as always!

Loved this place except for the mattresses - most of which were in dire need of replacement. Most everything looked clean but floors were dirty when we wiped a spot up which a rag so could tell they hadn't been really cleaned well in a while. Cleaning service should be monitored. Host had toys, beach bags in each room to use, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and some basic kitchen items. Bring your own shampoo and body wash or bars of soap.

Large house great for 5 adults and 2 kids. We go to the beach on hot days and 1 day to pick blueberry at state line blueberry. Back room great to store all our beach stuff.
