Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely week at herb's. The property is nice and secluded with a beautiful backyard. We had some issues with the plumbing (toilet), that were resolved promptly but there may be room for a bathroom upgrade soon. That being said, we will definitely be back.

Very basic amenities, it does need air conditioning especially in the summer months. The back yard is pretty much unusable as very over grown with greenery,
