Walk To The Beach, Firepit, Beach Items and Bikes!

Lovely apartment blocks from the boardwalk and mission bay park. The bikes were fun!

This property was bright, sunny and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great approximately 5 min walk to a walking path along the beach and the restaurants at Pacific beach are a little further away but still in walking distance. Overall we had a great experience!

We love this location…just two blocks from a tranquil walk on Mission Bay. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. Hosts are friendly and the property is comfortable and clean.

Very comfortable, clean and brand new rental. Had all the amenities for cooking, laundry, and beach supplies. Very nice balcony for sitting outside and enjoying the weather. Easy walk to the bay and restaurants. Parking can be a little tricky since PB is so dense but managed to find a spot no more than a block away every day. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying in this cozy loft for the week. It had everything we needed (plus bikes and laundry), was newly finished, clean, quiet views of the back gardens, great location—just a couple of blocks from Mission Bay and a few from the ocean so the fun was within walking and biking distance. The host is friendly. We hope to be back.

everything as advertised. 2nd stay here. Good location. One note, the patio/courtyard area was filled at times with many more people than the one bedroom house should have had in it. I am not sure if they were guests or friends of the onsite owner. We had the 2 bedroom and although we did not use the area, it may be an issue for some.

Property was as advertised. Checking in and access were easy although a little weird at first since you are walking through the owners driveway and yard area, it did not impact our stay. The place was very nice and felt brand new, all the furniture was comfortable and every amenity you could think of was available. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

I lived in PB for many years. So sort of knew what to expect from a rental in this area: small rooms, old bathroom tile, etc. This place was nothing like that! Large living and bedroom areas, very clean, new and modern, a great balcony overlooking the community courtyard which had a fire pit. Biking around the area is a must, and bikes/locks were provided in the garage. Definitely would stay here again

This place was perfect for our vacation! It was spotless upon entry and had little, small touches sprinkled throughout. There were kitchen essentials, like vegetable oil spray, pots and pans, and dishwasher soap. The washer and dryer took things to a whole other level. The hosts also had a nice wagon full of kids' beach toys and beach towels.

We had a great time in the residential section of Pacific Beach. Unit was very clean, modern, and had all the amenities needed for a vacation at the beach. I would definitely book this unit again.
