We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a cute house with a lot of character. The location is great for TCU families. We were able to walk to our daughter's dorm. Sharon is an amazing host. She not only provided coffee, but there were snacks and waters also available. She was also extremely responsive and accommodating to our requests. I will definitely stay here on a future TCU trip.

The property is a quaint older home that has all the modern conveniences. Very clean and comfortable inside with practical amenities throughout. The home is located on a main road and landscaping isn’t the prime attraction, but the home was great for my wife and me and was very close to the university and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and flexible as we needed to change our reservation a bit at the last minute.

We loved the inside of the house! The outside is abit overgrown and kind of ill kempt. We would have enjoyed being on the front porch, but the porch swing was too dirty to sit on and we were leaving for graduation shortly. The location is perfect for TCU events! We walked everywhere. An attractive outside would really be a plus.

Property was as described. Easy check in, good communication with host. It is on a fairly busy street, so there was a lot of road noise which could bother some people.

The place was really awesome. We wanted a place close to Ft Worth downtown to do things. But the location was even better being next to TCU and all the things around it. Everything we pretty much needed was in the house. We would definitely get this place again.

Our 3rd stay here. Location is excellent, about 2 blocks from edge of TCU campus. It's an older home and that shows, but it's generally updated very well. We anticipate staying here on future visits.

The house is just what I look for when I'm staying in a new area: convenient, historic, and charming. It's well stocked with everything you could need during a stay, including snacks, bottled water, and creamer! We were even able to check in a little early since the house was ready. My only notes are that even though the neighborhood felt safe, having some/better coverage on the windows and doors would be appreciated for privacy. The bedrooms had good blinds, but the other rooms had either sheer curtains or no coverage at all. If you were sitting in the living room at night or walking from the bathroom to the bedrooms, there are completely uncovered doors/windows well within view. There were cobwebs on a few of the lamps and other areas, but overall, the house was clean and inviting.

We stayed at The University House while visiting my son at TCU. Sharon was so kind and helpful and even turned the heat on early to warm the house for our arrival (due to a crazy cold snap). The house was very cute, well stocked and very close to campus. It felt like home away from home. It’s on a busy street but it’s quiet at night and we all had a great night of sleep in the comfortable beds. I will definitely try to stay here again when visiting my son.
