Chad was very accommodating. We were supposed to arrive the day of a big storm. Chad had other guests so we couldn't get in a day earlier but they left before the storm started and Chad made sured we got in a few hours early and before the snow got too heavy. Such a relief!The house was very comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed and more. And the trailside location is unbeatable!

Awesome location! You can ski right out to the Sundance lift on an easy trail. The unit was very spacious for our two families. We loved having the two living rooms and the hot tub off of the lower deck was a nice surprise. The amenity center is nice and also has a pool with additional hot tubs but I would recommend bringing some towels if you plan on showering after. They do offer towels but only 1 per person. Also they do not want outdoor shoes to be worn in the facilities so bring some flip flops. This is noted in the guide book in the unit but something we forgot when we finally made our way to use the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to booking here again!

Place was clean, updated, and in a great location. The cost is commensurate with the fact that it is ski in and ski out but the direct access to the trail that allows that feature wasn’t useable upon our arrival. I had to spend some time clearing the iced over area so we could use it. Not the end of the world but something to note. Also, I think someone had a pet there previously as those with allergies had reactions and there was a dog chain by the hot tub. Lastly, the listing needs to be clear that there is a 3 night minimum. We had booked 3 nights but something came up but wasn’t unable to get any money back. The company Evolve isn’t the easiest to work with when it comes to making changes, etc.

We had a great time at this property, which was within steps of a trail and walking distance to the nearest lift. The unit was clean, well-laid out and well furnished. We would definitely stay here again and we're already looking forward next season!

Stayed for a family snowboard trip. Townhome was clean and very spacious as we had 9 adults. Highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying here again next year.

Excellent property with all one could ask for. Trail is just a few steps outside with easy access to 2 lifts.Property is clean and well laid out. Plenty of room for our group. The hot tub is an awesome amenity especially during the cold winter months.An amazing seeming community center/facility with a gym, pool, and other niceties which we didn't get a chance to try. We did step into the lobby though and that from that short view, it was great.Would highly recommend!
