Stayed Aug 1, 2025This home exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of beds and a full bathroom in each bedroom. We took advantage of the porch to watch the sunset and hang out, it would be nice if there were ceiling fans on the porch to keep the flies away but we did bring citronella candles so that helped. Kitchen was stocked with mostly everything we needed and the coffee maker was easy to use and much appreciated. The location is perfect, if you rent a golf cart from literally across the street you can go to and from the beach in minutes. Also across the street is a great bar and grill, the food was good but pricey for what was offered. All in all, we would definitely rent this again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The property is beautiful with lots of room. That’s pretty much the only good quality to this house. During our stay, the maintenance man let himself in while we were all home and still had people asleep in rooms. He “needed” to come in take pictures of the damage others renters did… while he was there, we informed him the microwave stopped working the first day. His reply was “well, I guess they need to replace it”. We spent the 4 days with a microwave that didn’t work. Lights throughout the house that didn’t work. It advertises that the property is on the water… you have no access to the bay at all. We had dirty stained linens, food from other people under beds, a pair of shoes in the dresser… it’s clear that the property is not maintained.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The place was in a great location, right across the street from the beach. Had issues with the stay from the start. there was no Wi-Fi. We contacted the host several times and never got a response until we contacted Evolve, and they contacted her. We went the entire weekend without Wi-Fi. The host claimed a tower was out, but the password was incorrect. There was a broken ceiling fan in the front room, and when you turned it on, it flickered constantly. The towels were stained red. There were no trash bags in the trash cans, so we had to bring our own. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of space to accommodate my family and me, so that was a plus. If you don't mind the smell of bay water in the shower, then this place was ok. There was also a broken curtain in the guest room. Other than that, it was good. Janet (host) did eventually try and rectify the issue, but was unable to. She did remove the broken curtain and stated the maintenance person was out of town, but had no clue why there were red stains on the towels and drawers.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was perfect size and great location! We enjoyed our stay and loved that each room had their own bathroom. The only negative thing we experienced is the cleaning was not done good at all prior to us coming. When we arrived and entered the home after putting our luggage in the rooms, we noticed there were chip crumbs all over the living room and dining room floors. Had to search for the vacuum and clean up. Then later that night we went to make dinner and literally all the dishes were dirty! The whisk had what looked like pancake batter all stuck to it, pans had grease all over them, cups were not clean etc.
