Stayed Aug 1, 2025Check in details were not very clear with the code to get access to the property. I had to call and get the actual code from the property manager. The house was extremely clean and smelled great and well stocked. The location was great within walking distance to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The negatives were we noticed a crack in the ceiling and the porch lights never came on even after trying all the switches. I texted the property manager who said she would send the maintenance man, but he never came and that was the last communication we had. The stairs were not level and loose and did not feel very safe. The water pressure in the showers was extremely low and absolutely non-existent if someone was doing dishes or laundry.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Water pressure was poor ; if using outside shower there was no water to the house ! Towel racks in bathroom not usable ( fall off the wall ) Return air vent in hall had 1/2 inch heavy dust ! Mirrored closet closure broken and was a danger to my grandson’s !

Stayed Jul 27, 2025The house was very clean and cozy! We just got a $15 beach permit and drove a little way down the beach for the perfect spot to set up for the day. The house has everything you need for basic cooking essentials. Good wifi connection and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 23, 2025Nice location, near the beach. House was very clean. We had problems with the water pressure in bathrooms and kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The management was helpful in helping me get the key out of the lockbox. The code had been changed.
