Stayed Aug 14, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this property. It is very convenient to the beach, pool, and marina. We will definitely stay here again. This house was perfect for us!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025We had an amazing stay at the Salty Pearl! We all agreed it was the most well stocked rental we have ever been in, and so beautifully decorated. We wanted to move in permanently! Lol!! I received a call from the owner one morning because the air conditioner was leaking (as air conditioners do - but it never stopped cooling). She assured me the repair man would have it fixed that day. He arrived and it was done before we even left for the beach. We enjoyed everything about our stay! If we’re back in the area again, we’ll definitely stay here.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025We had the most wonderful stay at this home. We came during the last week of April, a truly perfect time of year to visit. The weather was beautiful and everything about the house made our vacation relaxing and memorable. It is clear that this property is cared for with attention and thoughtfulness. The home was immaculate, and it had everything a family could need for a comfortable and fun stay. It's those extra touches, like games, snacks, K-cups, and a beach wagon, that really set this place apart. The 2nd floor bedroom was perfect for naps, the bed and bedding were so comfortable and waking up to sip coffee on the balcony was such a peaceful treat. Out back the home faces a coastal prairie and we spotted wildlife through the week which added to the relaxing vibe. One of our favorite features was the tiki bar area downstairs. It was a perfect spot to grill, watch tv, enjoy a drink and unwind. Having a fridge down there was such a smart and convenient addition. The location is unbeatable: close to the marina, beach, local restaurants and bars, and just minutes from the fishing pier. We would've loved to have access to the pier, we'd happily pay a little extra for that option in the future. Overall this was one of the best vacation home rentals we've ever had. We are already looking forward to coming back and booking this exact same house again. Highly, highly recommend.
