This three bedroom, two bath, completely renovated home is literally a three minute walk to the River Walk, Pearl Brewery, Hotel Emma, highly rated restaurants, bars, and popular night-life entertainment. The home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Within a 15 minute walk, you will pass by 15-20 different restaurants and bars. Or if not, just stay in hottub and relax!!!!

This property is amazing because from a 3-15 minute walk, you can access over 20 different restaurants and bars, but it is still on a quiet street surrounded by other homes with families.

Walking around the neighborhood is the most convenient way to get around. This part of San Antonio has established highly prominent biking lanes as well. There are bicycles you can rent at the Pearl to get around downtown San Antonio. We are about a 10 minute bike ride from many museums and parks around our area. Driving is ideal for destinations such as Fiesta Texas or Sea World. Uber is another option to consider getting around. A non-surge fare of around $5 will typically get you anywhere downtown.
