We really enjoyed the place. Very clean very well equipped and much larger than anticipated. Location is fantastic.

The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everyone slept so well. The living room was comfortable for our family to hang out. The kitchen was great for meal prep. The back terrace was lovely and serene. The fenced yard let our dog join us, and the neighborhood was great for walking. The location is absolutely perfect... GPS said 5 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this stunning home. We will come again!

There's a master bedroom on the lower level, the stairs are very steep. The back yard is lovely and private, however, there's a fireplace, but not allowed to use. Property mgmt was prompt to reply. We would stay again.

I normally stay on the plaza, but wanted something quieter and the home turned out to be the perfect quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle, but just an easy 10 minute walk to the plaza. The outdoor space is amazing and my dog loved the grass. Everything in the home is super high end. VRC was great to rent thru - booking was easy, the perfect amount of communication and the house was super clean. Stop looking and book this house. You won’t be disappointed.I can’t wait to rent the home again.

Really loved our house! Just as advertised. Only suggestion would be larger trash cans in baths and More Towels Wonderful outside for visiting. Beds were really comfortable !

The yard and gardens were lovely and serene, it's very apparent that somebody carefully planned it all. We appreciated the wonderful photography in the home and all the special touches that made us feel at home. Our granddaughter loved the downstairs apartment! Enough that she didn't want to leave. We walked into town, met neighbors while walking and enjoyed everything! We would highly recommend your home. I've been traveling to Santa Fe for thirty years and can say that this is the home that made me feel the most at home. Thank you so much.

And 3 large full bathrooms, one of which is spa quality. Plenty of good quality sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. The house is clean; plenty of outside seating; good TVs. It is close enough to the plaza to easily walk, and you could even walk to Canyon Rd if you were ambitious. On the downsides: There is limited living space with one large living room, a kitchen with bar seating, and a utility room with a table. So no dedicated eating or work space. The outdoor area is large but there is no shade. There are no views of the mountains, either from the house or outside. And the staircase is treacherous, narrow, steep, and uneven. All in all, this was a comfortable stay.

The house was conveniently located near downtown plaza with easy access to travel north, in our case to Ghost Ranch and other areas north.

Very nice home and well appointed and supplied. Only suggestions: Railings on outside steps; try to improve inside steps; provide local television channels; fix electrical outlets on counter downstairs; possibly replacing the king bed downstairs with a queen bed to give some space on the sides.

We had a girls trip to Santa Fe and this location was perfectly located in close proximity to all of the sights, food, and drinks of Santa Fe. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Great 3 bed/3 bath set-up and newly updated!

We spent a magical 5 days at Christmas, in Santa Fe with our family. This home made our holiday experience even more special. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially compared to previous VRBO experiences we’ve had.The kitchen was ideal for cooking and spending time with family—spacious, well-equipped, and plenty of in kitchen seating, so we could all interact while preparing meals. Whether we were cooking Christmas dinner or enjoying a quick breakfast, the layout made it easy to be together. The living room was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Santa Fe. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring that everyone had a restful night’s sleep.The fenced-in area off the back door was a great bonus, though it was a little too cold to spend a lot of time outdoors. The location was fantastic—close to a dog park for our 2 pups and only a 10-minute walk (or less) to the historic Plaza. The host was outstanding—attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and clearly dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect. Small Note: The dining room was on the smaller side, but with the ample seating in the living room and kitchen, we never needed to use it. This was a minor detail and didn’t impact our overall experience.Final Thoughts: We would definitely book this home again if we return to Santa Fe in the future. It was the perfect place for our family.

The houses furnaces were not operating and the steps were not cleared off. Holly did have someone come late the next day to fix the furnaces and clean stairs. However, the furnace was set to a timer to 59 degrees at 8PM. We could not get the heat to go higher. Very uncomfortable. There was clean rugs in dryer not set out. The Roko needed charged and many batteries needed changed. The place was clean and location very good. Just weird things missing like hand towels for kitchen.

A nice quiet neighborhood in walking distance to downtown. The house supplied everything we needed. We did have to buy dishwasher detergent which seemed like an odd oversight as everything else was provided.

We were disappointed that we couldn't have a fire on the patio as we were looking forward to sitting around it on a cooler evening.
