Welcome to our beautiful home in the heart of the Catskill Mountains! Relax on a spacious deck overlooking the tranquil Stony Clove Creek or take in the sunset on the comfy front porch swing. Our home has two bedrooms with queen size beds, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed.

Our home is a short walk from the quaint main street of Phoenicia where you can browse an art gallery, antique shop, then enjoy dinner at one of the town’s many restaurants. Less than a five-minute drive is Woodstock Brewing and the Phoenicia Diner, dubbed “Diner of your Dreams” by Hudson Valley One newspaper.

Phoenicia is a quaint little Hamlet located in the Town of Shandaken, Ulster County New York. Dubbed one of the best little villages in NYS to visit. Come experience for yourself. Main Street is lined with little shops and eateries.

It is best to have a vehicle whenever coming to the Catskills but because of the location of this property the Trailways bus does stop on Main Street and you can technically walk to the house. If you plan on going outside the Village I would recommend a vehicle.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed and a pet fee of $150. Must be leashed due to location and must be cleaned up after outside. Internet speed is 200mb cable also provided. The wood-stove is for looks only and under no circumstances to be used.

    We had a wonderful week exploring Phoenicia and skiing at Hunter Mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying a glass of wine. We loved the creek behind the house. It’s absolutely beautiful!

    The house was very cozy, clean and neat. The inside has been updated we enjoyed sitting in the back deck over looking the creek. The front porch was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. It is walking distance from the Main Street where there is a breakfast/coffee and pizza place that are dog friendly. You are also a short driving distance to many hiking trails, breweries and Woodstock.
