This quiet tree lined, family friendly street is tucked away but provides the perfect combination of escape from the hustle and bustle of game day or a short walk will put you right in the middle of the action. Whether you’re coming for a football game, or just visiting the area, this house has everything you need!

The space
This house is my main home when it’s not being rented out. Because it’s my home, I take great pride in caring for it. There is one room and one closet that I keep locked for personal use.

The private covered back deck off the master bedroom includes a propane fire table and 2 rocker chairs. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or hang out in the evening. Additionally, the back patio includes a propane grill.

Living here part time gives me a unique perspective that allows me to be aware when items need attention or updating. I’m excited to offer this great space to you!
