Stayed Dec 19, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our large family gathering. We made great memories spending time together, and the layout gave everyone plenty of room to be comfortable. The location was also excellent and convenient to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or larger groups.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024All just as advertised. No issues, never had to communicate with owner. Everything was as it was supposed to be and the whole process was very smooth and easy.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024The house and neighborhood are both absolutely beautiful, clean, and SO quiet. Walks around the neighborhood at night were so peaceful. The house had plenty of room to accommodate our group, the kitchen was well equipped with more than the basics which was great for our early Thanksgiving meal. There also was a lot of beach toys/chairs under the house for our use. We were overall very pleased with our stay. There were a few things that were problematic that could easily be resolved with basic maintenance. The front, back, and downstairs bedroom door that leads outside are all extremely hard to close and must be locked in order to stay shut or they would pop back open. This was an issue for us with having little kids in our group. Anytime someone would go outside someone would have to stand by the door waiting for the other person to come back in so the kids wouldn’t run out which happened several times before we realized what was going on. The back gate that leads to the green space is also very hard to secure which lead to more escaping of the littles. Lastly, there is no cable tv which we were unaware of. They have smart TVs and we found out we needed to sign into streaming apps to watch anything. This wouldn’t have been an issue, however, when searching for very common apps, no result were found and the tv was painfully slow. We gave up fighting with it and bought a Roku stick at Walmart. The upstairs TVs also were a problem with no Internet connection.

Stayed May 12, 2024Outside Furniture needs major cleaning as well as decking & stairs. Bathroom faucets do not work properly in all bathrooms. Indoors is clean. It was raining on our second day & regular TV was next to impossible to get.

Stayed Dec 24, 2023The house was great and the layout was perfect for our family to spend the Christmas holidays altogether. The only drawbacks were the cable situation (we had to purchase a firestick to be able to watch tv), the icemaker (undersized for the size of the house) and thermostats were hard to adjust...making it very hot in the bedrooms at night. Those minor inconveniences did not offset the lovely vacation we had in Galveston and will definitely consider this property in the future!
