This premier end unit is located in an enclave of 6 homes & is professionally designed by the builder's design team with the finest attention to detail & an inviting “beachy” aesthetic. Highlights include 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 exclusive outdoor areas, 3 levels, 2 car garage & sleeps 6 guests (4 adults max).

GROUND LEVEL (2 car garage + Bedroom #1)
Our home is ideally situated on corner lot, adjacent to an oversized common grassy lawn & shade tree. Upon arrival guests will be greeted by a beautiful coastal style home with light gray exterior paint tones & white trim. Guests may either enter via our 2 car attached side x side parking garage, or via patio pavers located on the side yard that lead you to the main front entry door. Off the main entry is a private bedroom with a Queen bed facing the oversized grassy lawn and ensuite full restroom with surround shower. Rounding out the ground level is a BBQ & outdoor hose for rinsing off.

SECOND LEVEL (Main Living Area)
A flight of stairs with decorative handrails will lead you to our wonderful open floor plan second level… the ideal setting for gathering with your entire group. The Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area all flow seamlessly into an oversized view deck. The area is filled with lots of natural light, alcove ceilings, and offers a variety of indoor/outdoor seating areas.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a center island with pendant lighting & bar seating, stunning Marble countertops, high-end stainless steel Viking brand appliances including modern dishwasher, oversized refrigerator/freezer and 6 burner stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is an oversized dining table with seating for 6. The living room includes a cozy gas fireplace - perfect for those cool winter nights – plush sectional sofa, accent lounge chairs, SMART TV mounted over the fireplace & built-in Sonos speakers for playing your favorite tunes. Off the main living area are sliding glass doors that lead to an outdoor balcony with additional seating, ideal for soaking up the San Diego sun. You will also find a half bath on this level as well as a walk-in pantry with washer/dryer.

THIRD LEVEL (Master Retreat)
Enjoy a glass of wine and watch sunsets from your exclusive view balcony from your master suite, which covers the entire third level. This private sanctuary is light, bright & airy with lots of windows & cool ocean breezes flowing through. Features include a King bed, TV, spacious walk-in closet, separate seating window reading/lounging nook, built in Sonos speakers, and an ensuite bathroom complete with vanity and surround tile shower.

PARKING
Parking includes an attached garage, with convenient side x side parking for 2 full sized vehicles. Note – additional overnight street parking is permitted at no fee (please read signage for street sweeping!).

LOCATION
We are conveniently situated a few blocks to well – known swim & surf friendly La Jolla Shores Beach. Just a 1 minute walk will get you to the ocean and everything else the Shores has to offer including dining, shopping, & and if you're brave enough, kayak through the caves with a guided tour!

Explore the rest of what La Jolla has to offer. Just up the road is La Jolla Cove where you can watch the sea lions. Surf some of the historic and famous waves at nearby Blacks Beach & Windnsea Beach. The nightlife always has something going on no matter what day of the week; catch a show at The Comedy Store or enjoy a special upscale meal at The Marine Room or George's at the Cove. All of our guests receive a comprehensive list of local recommended restaurants, activities, and attractions, most of which can also be found on our website.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    Comfortable and spacious living area with plenty of room for everyone to lounge and chill! Lovely large primary bedroom and bathroom, with a nice balcony! Good 1st floor bed and bath. Unit was clean upon arrival and entry was easy. Location is super walkable to everything in La Jolla Shores. The only down side, is there’s no outside space to hang out or dine and the street noise (Buses) is noticeable if the windows or sliders are open.

    The place was fantastic—immaculate, cozy, and beautifully outfitted with the best sheets and incredibly comfortable beds. The towels were luscious, and the whole space felt open and airy. It’s also perfectly located, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Absolutely a perfect getaway spot!

    This home is absolutely gorgeous and has a well equiped kitchen, laundry, bar-b-q area, comfortable beds and bedrooms with ensuites. There is nothing more you could ask for - superb! One minute walk to corner store, 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurants and beach.

    We had a great stay here! Clean and great amenities (nice appliances, pots and pans, bedding, etc.), we didn’t need a thing while we were here! My kids were happy to have the boogie boards and sand toys. My kids felt too far in the downstairs bedroom (with us on the 3rd level) so it was so nice to have a comfy couch and included twin air mattress for them to sleep on the 2nd floor instead! Great location to walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants. Garage parking for our full size SUV was nice. Stocked with dishwasher pods and laundry detergent so we were able to keep everything tidy. Would definitely stay here again!

    Beautiful home walking distance to beach, sunsets, coffee and fun dining. The main road is adjacent to this corner property, but even with the bus stop nearby noise was never an issue. The only hard part was making a left turn onto the main road, as another property’s vehicle was constantly parked and blocking the view of the quite aggressive oncoming traffic - and unfortunately left was the direction we most needed for groceries or to go see the seals and sea lions. Not the property owners issue, but just letting other possible renters know. All in all, the walkability and fun and pleasant people of the local neighborhood, the beautiful relaxing well-appointed home, very comfortable beds, garage for easy parking for our rental sedan, and beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels more than made up for the two “Mario kart” runs to Trader Joe’s during our stay.

    We loved the house and the location was fantastic. The family loved walking to the beach and restaurants. The beach at the shores is the best for swimming and fun in all of San Diego! Also walk to the coves was gorgeous:)

    This is the perfect location if you want to enjoy La Jolla! Extremely walkable: 7 min to the beach, 5 min to a string of local shops and restaurants, 2-3 min to Starbucks, and 1-2 min to a little corner market that has basic groceries and hot food! I was thankful for the boogie boards and beach towels the house supplied. The beach toys were just alright.Our kids are 16, 12, & 9. The 12 and 9 year old stayed in the Queen bed together on the ground floor, 16 year old opted to sleep on the couch in the main living area instead up using one of the twin blow up mattresses, and my husband and I stayed in the master bedroom on the top floor. The master got too warm for me to sleep comfortably, so we kicked the air down a degree or two at night, ran the fan we found in the closet, and slept fine after that. Not too loud outside at night.The house was well cleaned. We didn’t use the oven, but used the stovetop daily. There were some basic spices and plenty of cookware. The only issue we had was the smoke alarm went off when no one was cooking one day. It was piercingly loud and we had to push buttons on every alarm on all floors to finally turn it off. I called the rental group and they got back to me via text fairly quickly, but we had already fixed it. This worked fine for our family of five this trip, but we would look at their larger house with 3 bedrooms for a future visit so my oldest could have his own room. We would definitely stay with this property owner again!

    The photos are misleading, there is really not enough room for 6 people (there were four of us and one had to sleep on a blow upmattress in the kitchen). They make it look as if there are three rooms but there are not. The owners also entered the garage without informing us while we were staying here which felt like an invasion of privacy. We found the master bed mattress to be unsleepable. For the cost I would not say this rental is worthwhile, however, the location is very good.

    The home is beautiful and feels like you walked into a catalog! The location is wonderful. It’s right off a fairly busy but not super noisy street. There is a bus stop on the main street near the property. The property is walking distance to the beach, La Jolla Shores shops and restaurants and La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club. It was easy access to main roads to get to La Jolla, North County and south to the zoo and Coronado. Parking is in the garage associated with the unit which is convenient and spacious. Beach accessories in the garage were wonderful. Notably, the second (non-primary) is on the ground level next to the garage and entry from street level. Air mattresses are available if this location is not ideal for your needs (I.e. young kids). The living spaces are a delight to stay in.There were a few small areas that may have escaped notice of the housekeeping staff. It may also be that these areas simply acquired a bit of dust/debris since the last clean as it is not the busy season. This is a bit picky item that I think many people may not even notice. It did not detract from the comfort and beauty of the unit!Overall, a lovely rental that we would love to stay in again!

    We loved our stay. The house has everything you need and offers very easy access to the beach. The home was clean, spacious, and bright. The kitchen has all the essentials and luxury appliances. I would definitely consider this property for my next trip.

    This is a fantastic spot. Close to the beach for those morning walks and to watch the sunset. Accessible to all the attractions and charming La Jolla shops and restaurants. Highly recommended- everything was as pictured.
