Stayed Nov 20, 2025We’ve stayed here three times in the last several years. The home is comfortable, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Kitchen is newly updated and well equipped with everything you’d need. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Family/Living room is large with 3 TVs for gameday! Outdoor space is great to unwind at the end of a busy day. Host is always great with information and willing to assist with anything you might need! Only a 5 min, couple block walk from UND campus and Eddy Street Commons. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Stayed Dec 19, 2024Five of us stayed at the property for the ND-IU CFP playoff game. The house is great. Everything seemed new / newly renovated, the house was very warm amid a very cold and snowy day, and it is a *perfect* location for an ND football game (or anything ND). We easily walked too and from the game, to and from drummer’s circle, etc. Five of five stars.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024A group of six of us (3 adults, 3 teens) stayed here for the National Baton Twirling Competition that was held at Notre Dame. This was a perfect house for us both in terms of location and amenities. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that the outdoor furniture could use a hose-down every once in a while. Otherwise - the inside of the house was very clean and all in perfect working order! There were lots of extra blankets and pillows available and the washer and dryer were super handy! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Stayed Jun 6, 2024My family travelled to South Bend for a wedding. It was an ideal spot for grandparents, parents, children, and small grandchildren to stay. Spotless, roomy, plenty of places to sleep, nice back yard for the young ones to play tag. Cheers!
