Walk to Nauset Beach!

Most adorable and cozy rental we could ever imagine. This small, but very adequate cottage is very clean, very thoughtfully outfitted, a wonderful walk to the best beach, and a short drive to great food. It is decorated with beach, treasures, and adorable sentiments throughout. A few vintage reminders, stand next to modern accommodations, such as a an image of QR codes linking any guest to information about beach, access, parking stickers, local activities, etc. If you know and love the cape, this will connect you once again. If you don’t, you will after staying here. This cottage most felt like a big warm hug.

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect. The house was very clean. A few things to mention. The queen size bed was very uncomfortable and old. I would have just taken half a star off for that. This place would be perfect if the bed was replaced. Also, the cold water to the outdoor shower did not work. It was chilly so that didn’t matter but in the middle of summer….. Overall we were very happy, would recommend to everyone especially if the bed was updated. Thank you!!!

It was everything we hoped for. Quiet, clean, and close to the beach. We would definitely go back.

Great location, wonder outdoor hot water shower, house clean, beds comfortable and kitchen was adequate House did have funny smell strong cleaning product odor We had great time would come back.

Walking distance to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Unit number not present on front of house so at first unable to verify unit as online photos are of side yard. Overall a nice place. Kitchen fully equipped. We did miss having a dishwasher. Del Mar Properties very responsive and helpful. I especially liked the clear check in and check out instructions. Would definitely book with Del Mar again.

The house was great and had everything we needed. It's really close to the beach. You really can't beat the location! We'd stay at the property again.
