Stayed Oct 27, 2023Nice place, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, well maintained and owner was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was wrong is that the grill didn't have propane and was very dirty. With that said we would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 10, 2023Water on floor from air conditioner. Huge stain in upstairs master bath. Dead flying ants in downstairs bedroom. Spider found in sheets in downstairs bedroom on 2nd night.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Chas was an absolute great host and can’t thank him enough. Our stay at this Hyannis exceeded all expectations and provided the perfect Cape Cod getaway. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was ideal - close enough to downtown Hyannis for dining and shopping and kids loved the short walk for ice cream. We would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay on the Cape.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024very cute place, nice backyard + BBQ a few things that could be fixed: mold on shower curtain in master bedroom, downstairs AC had nonfunctioning temperature lower button, AC filter upstairs needed cleaning, 4 bathroom adult size towels plus one very small one (increase the number of newer towels). host never replied to email but was ultimately responsive after a few texts and calls
