Stayed Jun 19, 2025Upon arrival, the neighborhood is very pleasant, appears to be well cared for by the home owners. The unit was quite warm, very warm up stairs. There is a portable AC unit in the smaller bedroom. The part on the exhaust hose that goes out the window was broken. We had to use foil and a plastic package to block the hot air from returning.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Overall this was a good place to stay. The house was clean and in a good neighborhood. The only real complaint was that the neighbors came in late and kept their TV on as loud as possible all night long. It was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed because of the noise.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024This was our second time staying at the same property. We came back since we liked it so much the first time. You can tell that other people that have stayed have been rough with the house making the owners have to put signs and new rules and that’s sad! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We enjoyed staying here. The game room occupied the kids when we were indoors. The pool access was also nice to have available. We could get our boat in the water right next door, and parked it within a gated area which was very nice! Only complaint was communication for access codes and such was through VRBO/EVOLVE rather than the owner. No response received there.

Stayed May 17, 2024Nice place to stay. Ping pong table was much fun. The extra bathrooms are very nice. The upstairs AC leaves some to be desired especially in the guest bedroom. Everything worked well elsewhere and we had a nice stay.
