Walk to lake beach/pool 5BR, hot tub, game room.

The house was perfect for our weekend in the Poconos. The downstairs game room was well liked by the kids. The only amenity lacking was additional bath towels. Kitchen was well stocked providing all essentials for cooking.

House was beautiful! We had an amazing time!

Our stay was great! Communication was very timely, booking was easy, house was very clean! We had a party of 14 (incl 2 babies and 4 older kids) and fit comfortably. I really appreciated the black out curtains there was plenty of activities in the basement and space in the house to spread out. Had a great weekend stay!

The property was just as described. Was a perfect property for our family. The basement game room was great for the grandkids. The beach pool area was in walking distance and the hot tub was a great plus at the end of a day of hiking. The house had everything we needed.

The Home was fully stocked with everything we needed for our large group. The basement was incredible for the younger kids. The host was very attentive to our needs. The kids fished, played tennis, etc. The only negative and it wasnt a huge ordeal was the trash situation. We had to load up all the trash and drive around 2.5 miles daily to the dumpsters to drop off during designated times.

Great location and house accommodated our group perfectly. Game room and hot tub were a plus. Very neat and clean. Had what we needed. Host was responsive with answers when needed.

We booked this house on the President's Day Weekend 2025 mainly because of a ski trip for families and friends. However, a wintery snowstorm impacted our ski trip, making 14 of us stay at this house for 3 days and 2 nights. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and had a great time, as this house has everything we needed. Downstairs entertainment and a hot tub are the best, especially when there is no place we could go. Owner Carolee is very kind and pleasant to communicate with. She even let us check in earlier before the snow came into the area to avoid bad traveling. Definitely recommend this house and would love to come back again.

This was a very comfortable house to stay in. Comfy beds, warm living room, nice kitchen and fun game room.

The property was very clean and well kept. Our family really enjoyed the family game room and the hot tub. Also we used the tennis courts and the playground. We stay at this house again when we are in.the area.

Every year my family looks for a house to share for our vacation. This year we were lucky enough to come across this gem in the Poconos. There were so many activities to take advantage of in the house and neighborhood. The beach and lake were so refreshing. The men in the family really enjoyed the basketball courts. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and trying to keep track of all of the deer. Carolee answered any questions that we had and was available at any time.

This is the third time our family has stayed at l here and we can’t wait for the next time! Not only is the house stunning but it feels like coming home. It’s very comfortable and spacious. We spent so much time laughing in the kitchen, running around the basement with our kiddos and hanging out in the hot tubs. The house offers a pool table, ping pong, basket ball, air hockey, foozeball and video games. We could have spend the whole time just sitting in the house! But we absolutely love the lake and pool and love that it is in walking distance. The house was very clean and we love vacationing here.

Overall, the house was very close to expected and that's a good thing. You always worry that online pictures make things look bigger and better than they are. Common areas like living room and dining room were great size for our family of 7 adults, an 11 year old and a 4 month old. Our 11 year old granddaughter immediately claimed and spent much of her time in the bedroom with the bunk beds. The hot tub on the deck was used every day. The Towamensing community is quiet and peaceful. Waking up to see deer outside the windows most mornings was a treat. It seems like most everyone abides by the 15 mph speed limit which made walking the area very safe. Beach and pool were nice and relaxing. In closing we have to compliment the house owner Carolee. We had never rented a house for our family before. She was extremely responsive to questions both leading up to and during our stay. While our questions were pretty routine, the information Carolee provided helped us understand what to bring.

This was the second year we stayed at this property and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the amenities of the Towamensing community and local attractions and activities. The property is clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Perfect for our purposes

The place was great. Carolee was available if needed. It was easy to check-in to the place. There was a lot for us to do...the lake, pool, playground area but also the house itself had pingpong, pool, air hockey and more as well as a hot tub. We had a wonderful weekend.
