Green Meadow Condo #1 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, lake view condo with full kitchen and fireplace at Holiday Island marina on Table Rock Lake. Wifi and ROKU available.



This two story condo is perfect for family and friends who enjoy outdoor activities in the Ozarks.  It is directly above the Holiday Island Marina.  Easily walk to your boat slip or your boat rental. There are also multiple golf courses available to guests at Holiday Island.



The Space:

The condo features a lake view deck area with seating.  The deck area is open to the sky and a perfect place to sit and unwind while watching the sunset.



No Pets Accepted.

#3 - sleeping area: Sofa Sleeper in living room.

 #1 - Full bath with Jetted Spa Tub/Shower combo (upstairs)

Full Kitchen - Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Breakfast bar with stools, Each of our rentals comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



Grill: Propane, This Grill is shared with the condo next door and is in front of the condos. Propane is provided. Note that there are no grills allowed on the deck!



Fireplace - Wood Burning, Wood is not provided. They sell firewood at the local grocery store, Sun Fest. We suggest bringing fire starter and a lighter. The Fireplace is open October 1 to May 1.



Wifi is provided.  ROKU streaming device is available in the Living Room and the downstairs bedroom.  Also, a TV with a Roku is provided in the upstairs bedroom.



Guest Access:

Lake Swimming!  There is a swimming area that is located about 150 yards from this property.  It is a public access area next to the bridge, but is rarely crowded and often empty.  It is very easy to walk to the lake.  The yard area has a gentle slope, therefore, you can easily bring along a rolling cooler, wagon, or large wheeled stroller.

Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake which is located across the bridge near the Marina.



The Neighborhood:

Perfect for long stays! Table Rock Lake (White River) view from the deck, and direct access to Holiday Island Marina. The Holiday Island Golf Course is close by and only 5 miles from Eureka Springs, Arkansas.



Golf!  2 Courses

The breathtaking scenery of the Ozark Mountains will provide you with a peaceful backdrop for your golfing experience.   The courses are open year round.  



The championship course includes 18 holes of scenic beauty riding the crest of the oldest range of mountains on this continent.  Many of the tees and greens have a panoramic view that is amazing. 





Please Note: The Holiday Island Recreation Center is Private, and our vacationing guests will not have access to the Community Pool or facility. We recommend using the swimming access at Table Rock Lake which is located across the bridge near the Marina.



Getting Around:

Turpentine Creek, The Great Passion Play, Silver Dollar City, Crystal Bridges Museum of Art, Dogwood Canyon, Roaring River.



Floating!  Canoes are available at Holiday Island Marina.

    Location is in a great location very close to the lake, short drive to Eureka Springs. Spacious home with plenty of amenities.

    Overall our stay was great. We are a family of four (kids 8 and 9) and we had plenty of space. The master bedroom and closet is very spacious! The area was very quiet and relaxing with a nice size deck and green space in the back. The drive from Eureka Springs isn't too bad but the roads are pretty winding. I would have given it five stars but there were just a couple of maintenance items that needed addressed but I'm sure that won't be an issue moving forward. It was obvious they put effort into making sure our stay was comfortable.

    Our stay was fantastic. The condo is beautiful, roomy and well equipped. It was such a nice quiet, relaxing place to stay. We are already thinking about returning next year !!!!!
