This spacious room features a comfy sofa and coffee table, across from the long wooden entertainment center, under the large Flat Screen TV with Full Cable. Two matching armchairs and end tables frame the wood-burning Fireplace, while long windows on each wall let the sunlight pour in. Opposite the Fireplace, near the entrance of this open space, is a beautiful long wood table with seating for 8.

The bright, Eat-In Kitchen features plenty of counter space and large windows with views of the Front Patio. The kitchen is equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, and a double basin sink.

The First Bedroom features a queen bed, fitted and matching bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock, surrounded by large windows boasting luscious views of the yard. Across from the bed is a full-sized dresser and a TV with full cable. The bathroom, conveniently located off the hall between the two bedrooms, features a modern sink fixture with a mirror and a Shower and Tub.

The Second Bedroom features a queen bed with nightstand and reading lamp. A large closet and full-sized dresser provide ample storage space, while large windows and a ceiling fan keep this space bright. This room also features direct access to the back patio.

Located just off of the kitchen, there is a bonus room garage that can be used for overflow sleeping on 2 twin beds. The home has a large window, ceiling fan, and a writing desk with chair.

This home also includes parking for one car in the driveway as well as street parking.

    We had an amazing stay in La Jolla Shores over Thanksgiving week. The home is in a perfect location for a short walk to coffee in the morning and then time at the beach during the day. We will definitely come back!

    Lovely month long stay with our Yorkie. Quiet neighborhood, fully fenced yard, with easy access to everything La Jolla has to offer. Perfect spot to access La Jolla Shores, Torrey Pines Gliderport, UCSD. 20 minutes to San Diego international airport. Gorgeous neighborhood!

    Everything was as described which made the welcome so much easier. We used the kitchen, Grill, patio, and yard to have fun after playing at the beach all day. Kids were wore out because of getting beach time all day. No stress for finding parking at the beach because the house was so close. I don't think I will ever rent a hotel and drive to beach again! Thank you for such an enjoyable vacation.

    Lovely place, well equipped and furnished with cozy beds and bedding and great, private backyard. We had everything we needed for a short trip, I really appreciate things like aluminum foil, salt and pepper, such a pain to have to buy in a lot of places.The location can’t be beat, 3 blocks from the beach, restaurants and shops, beautiful neighborhood and we felt totally safe. bout a mile to downtown La Jolla.I got 10k steps a day on the beautiful beach to burn off the great meals and cocktails!Already thinking about the next trip, will definitely come back!

    We absolutely loved our stay in your home. Thankful for the extras included and outstanding attention to our needs. Management were wonderful and so kind to work with us. The property was so comfortable in a quiet area with ample parking and ease of getting to the beach. The beach chairs and wagon were a huge bonus for us. We hope to be able to stay with you again.

    Location was good to get to beach and La Jolla shores but road noise was rough at night with no ac. We had to keep windows open so no way to minimize road noise from busy nearby street ventilation in home not great so hard to cool down house. I overlooked the fact there was no ac so will be more carful to review this detail in the future Could not use extra room that was garage due to no ventilation at all

    We really enjoyed our stay in La Jolla and loved how close we were to La Jolla Shores + Avenida De La Playa. The home is comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed being able to relax in the outdoor patios in the evenings. Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the arrangement of the house that were concerning. One of the bedrooms is set up in a hastily converted garage. It is poorly ventilated and did not have a window. The parking situation was exceptionally poor as residents are expected to drive up and over a curb to park in a gravel space between the road and the sidewalk. Our poor car couldn't do this without scrapes and bumps to the bumpers and undercarriage. Previously, residents took advantage of the neighbors driveway to pull into this spot but they had planted hedges to block this the day we arrived. While this was out of the control of the home's hosts, it was a gross oversight that should be amended if this is the expected set-up in the future. Based on the pictures, it appears as though the home has driveway space which is what we expected but that is apparently reserved for the connecting town home. While we didn't use our car much, it was a needless stressor for us.
