Stayed Feb 7, 2024Nick's place is very close to Kierland for restaurants and shopping and in a quiet neighborhood. Close freeway access makes it a great N. Scottsdale location. Clean house and easy communication with the owner. Everything was great.

Stayed Feb 28, 2022We loved the location and access to hiking. The property was also great in terms of its access to grocery shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was nice to walk around and see the native plants and birds. Would recommend this as a nice place to stay when visiting the area.

Stayed Jan 19, 2022We were in Scottsdale to exhibit at the Barrett Jackson auction. The house was within a ten minute drive and was perfect after a long day working. Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Nov 6, 2021Good -NO PROBLEMS. Two sets of keys would have made things easier. HOUSE KEEPING WAS GOOD, BUT THEY NEED TO VACUME UNDER THE HEAVY COUCHES.. Land shaping was fair. OTHERWISE EVERY THING WAS FINE AND Thank you.
