This property was great! We really enjoyed using the outdoor patio area with the couches, the table and the TV.

I cannot begin to state how much we enjoyed our stay. I must begin by explaining the sheer beauty of the property. The attention to detail was so evident as both the inside was beautiful, welcoming, warm and comfortable while the outside provided you with a great beauty that New Mexico has to offer. The incredible and intentional attention to detail from the host is completely obvious in that you are able to have a luxury stay while enjoying the many amenities and comforts of home. Our host Amy was incredibly attentive, kind and welcoming, and ensured that every detail was perfectly executed. We cannot recommend this property enough as we plan on staying here in the future.

Clean, roomy house with a great back yard. The kitchen had tons of supplies utensils, pots and pans, and the spice rack was loaded. Watched deer, humming birds and even a skunk from the backyard.

What a great place! We felt right at home and hated to leave. This is a warm, inviting location and we will look forward to our return.

Amy is the consummate host: Communicative and helpful, a pleasure to talk to in person and committed to providing a home that is exactly as it's described. This is a cosy house in walking distance to the center of town, which was perfect for relaxing in, cooking in, and getting a good night's sleep. My family had a great time and we all really hope we'll be back again soon.

A cozy stay with a responsive and receptive host.

We stayed 5 nights at this property to explore the area. We were within walking distance of the historic downtown, WNMU, and multiple restaurants. We made day long trips to the Gila Wilderness, the Cliff Dwellings and Rockhound State Park, all within a comfortable drive from this property. The property was well stocked in amenities, both cooking wise and toiletry-wise. The location was quiet and seemingly safe. This small house had been nicely remodeled and was quite functional; for the two of us it was spacious and well layed out. The host was responsive to our texted questions.

This house and property had everything we needed for two couples to stay for a couple weeks. The house was comfortable and well supplied with kitchen, laundry and outdoor BBQ and eating. Being right in downtown meant we were only minutes away from just about everything. Our hosts were so accommodating and communicative. A really great stay!

Lovely place in Silver City, convenient to downtown. The home has beautiful hardwood floors, up to date kitchen and bathroom, comfy furniture and so many great touches such as art, books and even binoculars for bird watching in the huge green grassy inviting yard! Amy is attentive, available and a joy. Would love to come back!

What a great stay. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was so comfortable and convenient, a short walk to downtown and the festival park. We loved it and are already talking about booking again. The yard was so pretty with grass and flowers, relaxing and quiet for an early evening sit. We’ll done!
