This is our third year renting through itrip. Everyone has been very helpful over the years and we would recommend their company to our family and friends! Hoping to come back again in 2027!

The house was very nice and centrally located in St. Augustine! It was great for the New Year's activities in downtown....close to all tourist hotspots. Hope to stay there again!

We had a great experience at this lovely home. It is in an ideal location, centrally located to walk into the historic district and also walk north to other sites. Close enough but not in the middle of the action! We appreciated the driveway to park the car, the renovated interior and the amenities.

We had an awesome stay. Every year, we visit St. Augustine for the night of lights tour and spend a few nights there. This place was in an excellent location near the attractions, but far away enough to give us privacy, peace, and quiet. It's beautifully decorated and looks brand new. The host was able to answer questions quickly and the parking is free and convenient. We plan to stay there again next year.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to breakfast every morning. The unit was clean and well equipped for ourselves and our two boys. We would love to stay at this rental again!

Fletcher St was a great location to all of the activities and restaurants. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, kitchen is updated and laundry was available too. I highly recommend!!!

The living room set is not very good with poor furniture arrangement and no 3 seater couch. The backyard is not well kept and there was no table as pictured. It has potential but is ugly. The toilets dont flush very well, i had to fix one. And lastly, the place is haunted.

We first rented this beautiful home back in April of this year. I had the pleasure of having my daughter and best friend with me. This time I decided to come by myself and I ventured out more around town! Your home made me feel like this was my home. Thank you - Dale

We recently stayed here for 3 nights (early September) and loved our stay here, the house is spotless and had everything we needed and more, the welcome pack was a nice touch and appreciated. As was the free tickets to various attractions in the city, we took advantage of a couple of them. The beds were comfy and it was easy access to the property from the clear instructions we received prior to our arrival. The communication before our stay and on arrival day was brilliant, any questions answered promptly. Having free parking is a big plus especially as you don’t need to use your car around the city. The location is perfect 5 minutes walk to the old city gates and you can walk to everywhere if you want. It was nice and quiet being off the main road so ensured a great nights sleep.If we return to St Augustine we would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone asking us for a place to stay there.

Excellent stay accommodation very well located and very pleasant

Nice property, beds were comfortable, place was neat and clean. Excellent communication. Had everything we needed but no bath tub since it was a 1-1/2 bath property. Would definitely stay again.Walking distance to lots of things.

We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your great hospitality. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the tours and events due to rain and illness. But even with that the trip was great. The house was clean, very comfortable and accessible to many of the activities in walking distance. Our granddaughters had an amazing time. We stayed 7 nights only had to drive to go to beach. Good safe location with plenty to do in walking distance. Need to update pictures there’s a walk-in shower where pictures show a tub

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The best part was how close it was to all the historic places we wanted to visit -- within easy walking distance. The neighborhood was also very quiet and peaceful.the house and walked to the sights

This is such a cute house! Perfect for my husband and I and another couple. Walking distance to St George Street and a lot of go to places while in St Augustine. Check in and out was a breeze and the house was nicely stocked with a starting essentials. It was great having parking and a nice little backyard area. We would definitely stay here again!

This is an adorable home that is very close to downtown. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. The home was clean and comfortable.

The property was adorable. It is located steps away from all St. Augustine has to offer. The check in process was very easy & the host was very accessible at any time day or night to address our questions or concerns. The property itself was very clean and well kept. It had all of the necessary amenities you would need to make either a short term or long-term stay very comfortable & enjoyable. We had an amazing time and absolutely LOVED this place! The house was beautiful and spotless as well as nicely stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of blankets, towels, kitchenware, even puzzles & games! We received a coupon for a free Mayday ice cream in addition to some local coffee we brewed that was delicious. Being so close to town we never needed to drive or pay for parking which is such a huge bonus. Mostly, the beds were THE MOST comfortable any of us have ever slept in! 10/10 cannot recommend this stay enough.

Fantastic appearance of property & photo's captured were identical once inside the home. Parking area allowed two vehicles free. Location , location, location!! Walking distance to downtown was a bonus, requiring no parking.. We would highly recommend this property in the future for location, cleanliness & price. Don’t delay book today!

This vacation was an amazing experience from beginning to end. David was very prompt on returning all questions we had about the house. We arrived a little early and was able to park on the property and walk into town. Very short walk to downtown and all shopping and restaurants. Upon check in to the house it was so immaculately clean and in pristine condition. Absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for the two of us as well as in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We are already planning on booking this house again in the very near future except for a longer stay. Thank you again David for hosting us and giving us an exceptional and unforgettable experience.

On arrival, house was immaculately clean and very cozy. Property is in walking distance from everything in the historic district, it only took 5 minutes to get to the entrance of historic district walking. There is so many restaurants the area and small shops to keep busy for days. Anastasia beach is a 10 minute drive and absolutely beautiful. We will be coming back to stay here.
