We loved that the property was close to downtown and we could walk everywhere. The house was perfect for us and we loved the back porch. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This was a cute little room that was very comfortable for my wife and I. It is very close to all of the shops , restaurants and spas that are the attraction of Hot Springs. It was an easy walk to anything we wanted to do with the exception of the horse racing track. We would consider staying here again if we were to return in the near future.

It was perfect walking distance to downtown.

Clean and comfy bed, neighborhood was a little sketchy for 2 females. Very minimal extras like coffee/toiletries etc. great communication and smooth check in.

Greatest location for easy walk to front street to good food, shops and bath row! We really enjoyed the historical city and all it had to offer. Can’t wait to revisit.

Easy access to all the things I wanted to do. Sightseeing, hiking, biking and Oaklawn race track. Privacy but also a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood. Walking distance to The Promenade, Bathhouse Row, downtown activities and the water fountains Enjoyed my stay.

We loved our time here while in town for a wedding. The space was perfect for our needs, and the hosts provided local recommendations for us. Lin was kind and communicative throughout. This will be our place to stay when we make it to the area again! Thanks again for everything!

Cute little duplex that is just blocks away from the convention center and close enough to downtown to walk! Check in was so easy! We had a bit of an issue with the door code, but my text was responded to ASAP- literally no additional waiting! The hosts were very nice and checked with us to make sure all was going well during our stay. We will stay here again for sure!

The host was amazing, the property was clean indoors. The surrounding neighborhood was sketchy. The grounds could have been cleaned up.

We enjoyed our over night stay! The place had enough room to stretch out our legs, close to great Hot Spring, sites and eatery's. It had a nice size kitchen and coffee area. A very nice and cozy place to stay! Hostess was sweet too!

This cute little condo was just what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable space where everyone had room to do their own thing. My wife and I were presenting at the nearby convention center (literally a short 2 block walk). We brought our adult son, who was happy with the sleeper sofa, and nearby walking trails above bathhouse row. Now, if you need the spacious, luxurious bathroom of a high end hotel, stay in one. But we would have needed 2 hotel rooms (or a 2 room suite) to get the privacy we wanted, and we got that for the price of 1 room. And one thing you won't get in any hotel is the responsiveness of the manager/owner. Lin lives 3 doors down. She was out back working on the property a lot. She was always checking on us to make sure we were ok, but she was never a nuisance. When the rare occaision happened that we needed something, (extra towels, etc), she responded immediately. I've traveled extensively in my life, and stayed at some of the best (and worst) hotels. I've never been so well taken care of. Lin treated us like family. I can't recommend this or any of their properties highly enough!

We were very impressed with the property and proximity to bathhouse row. I did not appreciate the lack of privacy from the owners. I felt like the owner was watching everything that we did. We went exploring on Saturday and was told around 3pm to turn the window units up to 77 or “fan only”. Also, when we checked out, within 10 minutes of me saying we checked out, they were already in the unit checking to see how we left it. They also watched my husband as he took our trash to the curb trash. Bottom line is I came for a nice relaxing stay, but I felt the property owner was just a bit over bearing and watched every move we made.
