Stayed Aug 10, 2024Had a wonderful week in the Cape. Weather was fantastic and the house was in a great spot. I would recommend a dehumidifier, especially in the lower level, I have seen this recommended in prior reviews.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We had a great time at the house. Our dog spent hours waiting for a bunny to run across the yard. Everything we needed in the house for a comfortable stay! We would be happy to use this location again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Location was perfect to walk to some fun spots (Wolfies is a must). House was great for my teenager and a couple of his friends. Also works great when you can bring the dog! House had everything we needed and plenty of space!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Had a lovely vacation with the family, including an infant and dog. Place is well stocked, and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor seating, both on the deck and in the yard. Beaches are a small walk, manageable with a stroller and wagon.

Stayed Jun 15, 2021I truly enjoyed staying in this house. There was plenty of room and the house was equipped with just about everything one would need. When I first got to the house, a lot of cleaning needed to be done. The kitchen floor needed to be cleaned and the table and counters needed cleaning. I also vacuumed when I arrived and before I left. Area rugs in kitchen need to be replaced. Everything else was great. Thank you!

Stayed Aug 30, 2020Great central location in Cape Cod. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family vacation. Great neighborhood for walking and bike riding. We could walk to the beaches on the Nantucket Sound or take a short drive to the beaches on Cape Cod Bay. The owner was very friendly and always responded quickly. We loved our visit!!
