Walk to Golf and The Spa | Free WiFi | Private Hot Tub and Gas Fire Pit

This property was fantastic, the beds were super comfortable, it was very kid friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better stay with friends and kids. The whole house was very clean, instructions were simple and the hot tub was perfection. Would 10/10 recommend this house to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in a prime location walking distance to the lodge, tubing area and the winery. It accommodated our family get together well with a bathroom for each family. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with enough dishes and cooking tools that we needed. The garage has quite a few kids toys and ping pong table that we enjoyed a bit. The downside was that it is not heated as advertised. There are two small portable heaters. When plugged in the fuse would blow. I suspect the heaters wouldn’t have heated the area anyway since they were quite small. The other downside was the WiFi never worked for us so the TV wouldn’t work. I called the management company about this and a missing pack and play. The pack and play was delivered quickly but we got no remedy for the WiFi or the heated garage. We did use and enjoy the hot tub and the firepit which were great. All in all it worked well for us with those exceptions.

The house was perfect for our family—well setup and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. Only item we couldn’t find was a can opener. Enjoyed being close to the trails, parks and lodge. The smores at the lodge were a treat.

House is nice and as pictured. Rental folks were responsive when we let them know a couple of things were broken when we arrived and the couch on the patio was so dirty and covered in bird poop, you couldn't sit on it. If you like it cooler than 70 degrees on 80 days, they don't allow the AC to go below that. The dishwasher was so dirty on the inside, we washed dishes by hand insread. If you want privacy or not to hear neighbors out partying all night, I recommend you rent a different house. Its closely surrounded by several houses on every side with little to no privacy when sitting on the patio.

Beautiful home. Door lock was on the fritz but the owners sent someone out asap! Really wonderful service.

This is a lovely home and perfect for a snowy getaway in Suncadia. The house is very well equipped, clean and spacious. It was an excellent home for a game away for 3 couples and kids. Everyone had space for relaxing, playing games both inside and in the garage. Very comfortable.

The home is beautiful. Even had Christmas trees up! Electronics were awesome and easy to use. Home was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was that we could not use the Suncadia gym or other amenities. That should be more clear. For the property manager, the can opener doesn’t work.

We enjoyed the property and good fit for 3 couples with bathrooms in each br.

Listing description was very accurate. Very clean - beautiful property. Our 4yr old granddaughter loved, loved, loved the toys in the playroom/garage.

Everything about the property was great. No complaints. But the length of the contract, the damage waiver fee, the warnings about how we could be charged for cleaning or garbage or some other things and some other stuff bothered us. It screamed we don't trust you even a little and want an iron clad contract that's totally in our favor. I don't bother them for wanting that but it made me nervous. As a result we won't ever rent from this company again. And we are exactly the kinds of renters you want; older and very conscious that this is somebody else's house and respectful of their property.
