This home is beautiful. It is so spacious, and comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the bathrooms were gorgeous and well stocked with towels and supplies. The walkability to bars and restaurants and Fenway was awesome, and the subway train stop is probably a one minute walk. It was easy to navigate, and took us right into the heart of Boston Commons and the Freedim Trail for a $3.00 ticket! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy Boston. Highly recommend. (Note….the Whole Foods closed and is now an H Mart supermarket)
Convenient location, easy walk to Fenway.
Beautiful modern clean! Landlords very responsive to all our needs. Any issues were very quickly resolved. We’ll be back!
Awesome rental! Place is in a great location, owners were easy to work with and very responsive. They allowed us to extend our stay on a last minute request.
We had a great time staying at this location. They had tons of room for us to stay and we walked home from the Fenway area both nights. The immediate area has nice restaurants as well. We would absolutely stay again.
Great location, with a parking spot! Whole Foods and a T station just a few steps away. We were not here for a Red Sox game but this place would be awesome for that too, less than a mile from the stadium. I would come back here again for sure, with girlfriends or my husband and grown kids. Layout + lots of stairs make it maybe more difficult for little kids or older folks who don't do stairs. We didn't cook so did not test kitchen equipment, etc. Plenty of glasses and silverware! And good AC in the heat & humidity.
My husband and I took our 4 kids (ages 11, 9, one that turned 7 while we were there and one that turned 5 while we were there) to Boston for a 4 day weekend trip. We booked this last minute b/c of the location. And it was a great location. We felt very safe. I went running several mornings and always felt fine. There were a few questions we had the first evening that were answered quickly at night. That was much appreciated. I also appreciated having plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper provided to us. While those things were nice...there were several boasts on the description that I felt like did not live up to expectations. I think any Mom of 4 needs a place with a washer and dryer while on a trip. I was excited that this place had one. However...we washed one load of clothes. The washer spelled HORRIBLY of wet dog. That smell in turn made all of our clothes smell like this too.so, so bad. That was the only load we washed. After walking around all day seeing sights you want a comfortable bed to sleep in...the master bed was so very uncomfortable. It is a queen size that sinks down in the center. So 2 adults sharing that bed was miserable. Not a lot of sleep during our stay due to that and the “low battery” chirp from a smoke detector that was maybe at a neighbors??♀️ It is all connected so it was hard to tell where it came from. Uncomfortable bed, chirping smoke detector that could not be stopped and hot b/c you couldn’t control the AC. It was a recipe for sleepless nights. Not what I wanted. The delivery trucks were a bother to the kids. Waking them up very early each morning. But it is accurate that you only hear it from the closest bedroom. As I said earlier, two of our girls had birthdays while we were visiting. Being that the description of the place said “The kitchen is complete with all the utensils you would need to whip up a gourmet meal...” I didn’t bring a big pan. Definitely NOT an accurate description. There were NO pans to cook on. They had several pots and skillets. Most of those were warped or had janky handles or really disgusting insides. No cookie sheets to cook chicken fingers for kids. The kitchen was a disappointment for sure. The roof getaway that they boast about was good in theory but not usable. It was full of potted plants that were dead and looked to be tossed about. There were a few chairs up there but not a nice getaway spot at all. Lastly, only one tv. ??
Very clean. Location central and close to conveniences but in a weird alley behind the strip of shops on Beacon St. Loud delivery location with trucks backing up and unloading. Place is full of stairs. Not for those with sore knees. Some electrical / lights need repair. Not a fan of the touch switches. Couldn’t figure out how to really change heat/use speakers for music. Drafty windows in kitchen. Very comfortable and convenient for the 7 of us. Pretty design inside. Management was easy and accommodating. Allowed us to check in early. We paid extra to check out later. Would stay here again in Boston.
This place was a huge disappointment, has nothing luxurious about it, and frankly, dangerous for small kids. The water was scalding, live wires were hanging out of the wall, and the staircase banisters were unstable, which is unacceptable given the 20 + foot drop. There was an abundance of packing tape holding things together. The management company quickly responded to my email regarding my concerns but didn’t send someone out for two days; unacceptable! They admitted to being stretched thin as they manage 120 other properties. The noise and truck traffic from the shared parking lot with Whole Foods is unavoidable and starts at 7am, so with traveling from the west coast, this was literally a rude awakening. The Whole Foods garbage dumpsters attract rats, and there are delivery trucks coming and going all day. Since the entrance to the building leaves no choice but to navigate this traffic, it is quite dangerous. A few times we literally had to squeeze through delivery trucks parked right outside the front door. The thermostat is locked, so you if you’re too hot or too cold you’re stuck with it. Roof top garden turned out to be multiple pots of weeds. It advertises that it sleeps up to 12, that means a few people on the old couch and on the blow up mattress...luxury? This place is a rip off.
