Location was perfect

This property is great! The pictures were just like the place and will definitely stay again!

It appeared that it had not been properly cleaned between guests arrival time. The bed looked unmade, dirty towels in hamper, clean dishes in dish washer, light blub burned out in bathroom. It was not a welcoming sight.

I highly recommend that you take advantage of the well marked, spacious, night lighted alley parking spot for this rental property. Pass through the gate into the fenced backyard, and you are home, walk in the back door, go up a few steps to your door, enter the hallway and you are Home. Host Andrew is very prompt in response to messages. Having owned an AAA Multiple Diamond destination resort, which catered to travelers from around the globe, I understand how important it is to anticipate the needs of a broad range of expectations, Andrew is very good at covering this aspect of travel. The information provided is accurate, the facility is very clean, and well furnished, such that it is easy to feel comfortably home. Also, it really is just a short walk to enjoy the Falls!

It was a very beautiful house very beautiful yard. Great location to Minnehaha. Falls host was very respectful very accommodating. I would definitely book again.

Great space for our family, along with our dogs. Ideal place to walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. We’ll be staying again when we come back!

Great to have parking, easy access, and the fenced-in yard is a huge plus for those traveling with dogs. If you aren't a dog person, you wouldn't know that pets have stayed there because it's very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for our short trip to Minneapolis. Kitchen appliances top of the line, bed was super pcomfortable, shower worked great, laundry facilities in the basement, warm even heat throughout the apartment, big TV, comfortable sofa, fast internet, many automatic lights that turn on outside and down to the basement, dedicated parking spot in the alleyway.Location was ideal; literally walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shop, and cozy little restaurants. All in all a great stay!When I couldn't figure something out Andrew came over straight away and took care it.

This small home is centrally located in south Minneapolis and is just minutes from Hwy 62, 494, and 94, making getting around the cities quick and easy.A grocery and liquor store are both in walking distance, along with a couple of restaurants (recommend Asian Duck Cafe), which is great. Additional grocers and retail is a quick drive across Ford bridge.The space is comfortable for two, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Laundry is available downstairs, which we appreciated.

Property was very clean! The kitchen is small but VERY well appointed Loved being within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop and Minnehaha park.

The please was nicely decorated and very clean. It was close to our daughter’s home. We anticipate using it again in the future.

Beautiful quiet place. Close to downtown Minneapolis and the airport. Great back yard. Will stay here again!

Wonderful home very nice location and comfortable with a nice back yard

Very clean and comfortable stay! The king bed was cozy with plenty of extra bedding provided. Having a convenient laundry area in the basement was a plus. We appreciated the designated off-street parking and the easy walk to nearby businesses and restaurants. Super close to the Minihaha Falls. We could occasionally hear guests on the other side of the duplex, but honestly it was never enough to disturb us. Highly recommend The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar for great burgers!

Great location. Lovely neighborhood. Kitchen adequate for simple meals for two people. Kitchen and bathroom spotless. Bedroom and living room clean - but could use a good dusting of floors and ceilings.

This was a beautiful home, close to bike trails, good food, and public transportation. It fit all of our needs. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic! The place is so cute and it has a fenced in backyard, which was key for us as we travelled with our pups. The location is incredible, a half mile walk to the falls. Lots of local restaurants around, a grocery store, and a liquor store. Easy to catch the light rail/bus, less than a 10 minute walk. It’s a quiet neighborhood and there’s a parking space around back. Easy access to freeways to get in and out of Minneapolis, St. Paul, uptown, etc. Our host was so nice and communicative and wanted to ensure we had the best stay possible. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This was our third day at this property, check in with super easy. It continued to provide everything that we needed during our time there. It is definitely on our list of favorite accommodations when we visit the Minneapolis area!

Property is exactly as described, we'll appointed, clean and contemporary. The location is s excellent, close to the Park, groceries and fabulous pizza. We'll be back for sure.

Good property that is centrally located to get around. Good accommodations. Only slight downfall is the backyard. Grass is basically all weeds, which is a hotbed for bugs and mosquitoes. You cant sut outaide and enjoy, but still the location is good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Parking was very easy and the neighborhood was nice. The place was very charming.

We have stayed here previously and returned to find it as comfortable and conveniently located as we remembered. We appreciate the availability of parking in the alley rather than on the street and the laundry machines in the basement.

Everything was great. Owner even left dog treats for my dog.

We stayed for an extended period while we were in transition for housing and enjoy the convenience of the location, the cleanliness and coziness of the home and the opportunity to get to know a new part of town.Andrew was highly responsive, even letting us know about rules and regulations regarding snow so that our stay would be comfortable. We would definitely rent from Andrew again and encourage others to do the same.

loved this little duplex for me, my fiancé and our dog. so clean and quiet although you’re in a busy area. host was very communicative. only note i had is one of the gates in the backyard didn’t seem to latch so we kept an eye on that when our dog was out. loved it!

My partner and I stayed with our dog and couldn't have been happier with our stay! After realizing there is one door on the outside and two private doors beyond that we were able to settle in nicely! The fenced backyard was really convenient to let our dog out even in the rain/sleet we were getting! We will be back as it was the perfect distance to my sister and to the surrounding parks, shopping, and food! Thank you for being a great, communicative, friendly host!

This apartment was a duplex , beautiful, very clean. Problem was the people who rented the otherside started banging on our door at 10 pm because they were confused and couldnt find the right door or code and kept hollering..open the door, open the door. Scared us to death.

I had a solo retreat at this property and it was just perfect. So peaceful and simple yet with everything you would need for a great stay. Just two blocks away from all the paths at Minnehaha Falls. Check in and out was super easy and the host was a great communicator throughout. It is a duplex and you can hear a bit near the back entry (this was said in the description), but couldn't hear anyone from the other side throughout the house and even in the bedroom (which is off the back entry). It was a lovely place to stay!

This was a great VRBO. The location was great fro me, close to friends, easy access to the places important to me. Super responsive owner and staff. I will definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, clean and an ideal location for exploring Minneapolis and St Paul. The host, Andrew, was very responsive and attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend!

We really loved the 3 nights we stayed at this spot~ having both loved and lived in Minneapolis we are pretty picky and our stay exceeded our expectations! Very close to the falls, food, pharmacy/ grocery store, not to mention the unit was SPOTLESS! And smelled good which is rare for a rental :) thanks again!

Place was clean and conveniently located. A great setup for me and my dogs!

We were in town for a concert and stayed 4 nights. The property is located close to the US Bank Stadium and getting on the metro train was very easy. Our dog loved the back yard. The property is old but the remodel looks fantastic.

My husband and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this property. It was decorated perfectly, comfortable bed and overall space. We enjoyed the proximity to Minnehaha Falls, restaurants, and a grocery store- all in walking distance. The property owner was very communicative and responsive. We enjoyed many suggestions around town by the property owner. 100% recommend.
