Walk to Everything House

We loved staying at this house. The owner was super responsive with any questions we had. Property was exactly as described. Best part? The car stayed in the driveway all weekend and we walked everywhere. Such a fun weekend!!

The house has three bedrooms and is located only two blocks from the main street in St. Michaels. About three blocks beyond the main street is a small park facing the cove, with two nearby restaurants. The front section of the house is old, but is in very good condition. The rear section is an addition containing on the first floor a high-end modern kitchen area and a TV viewing area and on the second floor a modern bathroom and the rear bedroom. Old but high-quality wooden furniture is used throughout. The house next door is another apparent rental while on the other side of the house is a parking lot. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and also felt extremely safe, with no noticeable risk of crime. My wife and I spent two nights mid-week in early April and we enjoyed our stay very much.

What’s not to like? Steps to downtown area. Coffee shop in backyard! Loved the book of photos showing the Reno of the house!

Family of four stay for 4 nights. The place is clean with all the amenities. Comfortable beds & kitchen with washer & dryer. Early American decor gave a touch of class. We enjoyed the short walk to all the shops & restaurants in St Michael’s.

House was centrally located in town. We parked the car and walked! Beds were very comfortable it was wonderful to have seperate beds for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. Washer & dryer a plus. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of walking to shops, restaurants, and waterfront! Residence was charming and clean! Only minor issue was we couldn’t locate the iron- just the ironing board! We still had fun but we’re just a bit wrinkled!?

We stayed for a wedding and the location was incredible, walking distance to everything and nice and clean. Would recommend!

This home was the perfect place for us to stay. Check-in was easy. The home was clean and well-furnished with lots of space for our family. We loved the four-poster beds. There is a lovely table and chairs to sit outside. The location is convenient for walking downtown to many shops and restaurants.

The location was perfect, and the house was lovely and spotless The host was very quick to respond. Would go back anytime! It is a historic house so believe the host when he says no one over 6'. But it adds to the charm!
