Walk To Downtown & The Last Blockbuster from recently renovated home. 3 Bed/2ba

We went for a golf tournament, so we’re not looking for any night life. It was 10 PM quite time, which we didn’t mind. Great location, close to the good stuff!

It was a great stop for our family! We walked to get Gelato and cooked dinner one night. Fantastic stay!

We felt the house was quite reasonably priced and the interior was comfortable. My criticisms are not major. I would consider renting it again if I am in the area.

The home was really beautiful and the location to town was great. I did not sleep well there, the bed was too soft for me, I felt like I sunk into the mattress (memory foam?). The plumbing noises from the other unit were also loud and woke us up. Otherwise, the place was very clean.

Property was modernized. The area was very spacious, with the bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. Very easy check in process, would stay here again.

Parking was easy. Walked to nearby food trucks. I would recommend no-slip appliqués in the showers.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short walk from downtown. A really nice place to stay! Easy parking and walkable coffee and food too. Great for a base in Bend while skiing or exploring town.

Host was great at communicating house info and expectations ahead of our stay. The house was clean and comfortable.

Kitchen was adequate. We didn't use the laundry.

Very nice place, the only complaint is the cleaning fee was not up front until I purchased my stay of 125. I would’ve reconsidered staying at a hotel if I knew the hidden fee.

Perfect location. Good place for large groups. We had an issue with temperature control but the host tried his best to solve it. The place looks beautiful. Will stay here again.

We had a great stay. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with nearby coffee shops.

We were in town for the Goo Goo Dolls concert that was cancelled last minute by the venue due to air quality. The house was fine; average rental. Nothing bad about it but nothing to rave about either. Beds were a bit firm for some of us, but that's a preference thing not a problem. I just mention it because I would like to know stuff like that when I rent a place. I would recommend this rental

Great house! Loved Bend and the surrounding area!

Great place to stay for our 3 gen mini family vacation. Location was perfect. Our grands had a lot of fun playing Pong.

Very clean! Interior is as pictured. Loved the layout and thought the Atari video game was a fun touch. Beds were comfortable.Curb appeal could use a little sprucing up. Technically downtown is walkable, but we found it a little further (over 20 minutes) and less scenic walk than expected.

Everything we needed was provided. Excellent, overall

We only stayed one night but we had an amazing time playing with the games provided and having a little movie night. The area felt very safe and cozy

We enjoyed our stay. The negative was the mattresses in the twin and second bedrooms. We would wake up with back aches. Also not enough coffee cups for six people. Only two in the kitchen. Also would like to have listed that the coffee pot was for ground only not pods so we would have been prepared for ground coffee.

The house was clean and great. I won 80 playing Pong with my buddies. Quiet and walking distance to food.

Our host was responsive and communicative and that's always good! The space had variable heat zones, some less comfortable than others. The space has a distinct guys kind of vibe, and as a group of 4 women/teens it was comfortable but not cozy. Loved the big dining room table as a gathering place, kitchen well stocked. Thank you for your care in creating the space.

My family and I had a lovely week long stay at Jason’s property and were very happy with everything. The house was clean, comfortable, conveniently located to downtown Bend and Jason was a terrific host. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

The house was nice and seemed really clean. When we arrived though we found that all of the windows were left unlocked and many of them didn't have screens. As a group of girls, on a girl's trip, that was a little worrisome! Other than that it was a great house though.

This place is amazing. Love the cleaniless and the minimalist and fun vibe. The art was great! The beds were high end hotel quality! It made you feel like a vacation and home at the same time which is not easy to come by. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again for my next trip. owners were very commcommunicative

Wonderful stay for a bachelorette party! Very clear communication & overall very easy.

I travelled from Seattle to meet my college aged daughter and 2 of her friends from the University of Oregon in Bend for a long weekend. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and could easily have accommodated 2 more people. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer and all other appliances worked well. The bathrooms were small and the showers a bit outdated but everything worked just fine. We were able to drive into downtown Bend for shopping and dining. We drove to Mt Bachelor to ski each day which took 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to all of our activities. I believe there were people in the upstairs suite but the noise was minimal and in no way disruptive. I would highly recommend this house and would happily stay here again.

well it was nice but the kitchen wasn't really stocked with much. No wine opener!The couple above had a lot of sex on sunday morning right above our bedroom which was weird. I liked the house

One of the better properties I have stayed in. Very simple check-in and check-out process. Would stay again if I come back to Bend.

Everything was functional and practical. Great location for our needs over Christmas. Comfortable beds. Grandkids had a great time with electronic pong table. Beating grandma was their favorite.

The house is well-appointed and spacious and very clean. It is an easy and comfortable house to live in. The rooms are large, the house, airy and open. The beds are very comfortable, we all slept extremely well. The kitchen is great and well equipped. It was a pleasure to come home to in the evening for the five days we were there. Highly recommended!

5 adults stayed at the house 10/11. We were attending the Bend fall festival and didnt want to have to drive home after. Convenient/clean, good communication with owner.
