Please don’t park on the street in front of the driveway. There's room for three cars. One inside the garage and two in the driveway. Any more cars need to park on the street away from the house and where there's room. Be cognizant of people's driveways and street access from driveways on both sides of the very narrow street when determining where to park.



Baby equipment is available for a fee.



Guests must climb stairs.



We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.



There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.



Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.

We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.



A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

    The property is fine but the management is terrible. I have never had such a terrible experience on a stay. Easter the first day waiting for the ac repair. Manager gave a dismal 65 credit. I would highly discourage anyone from using this property manager.

    This spacious home gathered all my family who flew in for my husbands funeral. It was perfectly sized for sleeping and and for family dinners. The location was great as to show my family our beloved St Augustine. It was beautiful in color, style, and design. The yard areas were immaculately landscaped. Everything was perfect but do bring extra toilet paper and maybe some dish towels too. Thank you for the priceless memories.

    I really enjoyed my stay at this vacation rental. The house was clean and beautifully decorated inside, with comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. The yard was lovely and well-kept, and I especially enjoyed spending time on the porches. The location was perfect, it was about a 12 minute walk to the pedestrian only section of St. George Street. The kitchen was well stocked with a good variety of dishes, pans, tea kettle and a drip style coffee maker. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay.

    I've stayed in many Vacation Rentals and this one was the best! The home is beautifully decorated, the bedrooms are spacious, there is a living room on the first and second levels, several outdoor porches and everything was clean. It has a well stocked kitchen; including beautiful dishes, pots, pans, serving bowls and utensils and a large supply of flatware. The Lincolnville neighborhood is an easy walk to town. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to St Augustine.

    This St Augustine home was perfect for my family (two adults, three kids) and our friends (two adults, two kids). The whole third floor was the kids area with an amazing pirate room they all enjoyed. Ample bedrooms. Very well equipped. It seemed like this home was more than just a rental. Location was perfect. 10 minute walk to St george, 15 to 20 minute walk to the fort. There was a significant leak in the kitchen ceiling when the upstairs bathrooms were being used. The property manager said that they have investigated but have not been able to find the source of the leak. This is literally the only qualm of the property. I hope they can fix the leak.
